- I've been talking about turbo-ing the White FZ1 for awhile now. Well the time has come to let the cat out of the bag and show the hoarding of parts that I've had stashed in my garage. This project should make a monster of a sport touring bike... could we truly say this will be a Hyper-Touring bike? Lots of goodies, Frankenstein-ing and research are going into this build. lets get an FZ1 Deep into the 8's in the quarter mile.

I bought an fz1 a few months ago and I wanna go keep up with my friends 2014 r1, I did research and apparently there's quite a few mods. The most common is the airbox mod how do I know if it has been modded before and if its had and ecu wipe bc u can get like 10 to 25 j from the wipe alone, my bike also has a 2 bros carbon fibre exhaust that crackles so crispfully when you engine brake at 7k to 5.5k. I think ill buy the DV8R fairing kit for it first, my bike is cobalt blue and sparkles beautiful in the sun

I know the videos aren't super flashy but I try to pack info in there for people in need and looking for it.

Well you can't go wrong with either choice. Personally I feel the Turbo is the way to go for efficiency and future upgrades. Both choices will be pretty pricey but they both are comparable in cost for the hayabusa. The only place I know who makes a Supercharger kit for the busa is TTS performance. They have a stage 1, 2 and a full race version. There are plenty of places to get a turbo kit for the hayabusa. There is Big cc racing, monster turbos, schnitz racing and others. The thing to be mindful of is are you doing or capable of the work and install. If not find a good shop to do it and make sure you have a tuner close as well. I was able to cut a lot of cost by doing all my own work.
Durability is really debatable because that would factor in install and how hard you are on the bike..
How much for the kit family?
I was thinking 2k shipped. Pretty much half the original price

A brand new Hays clutch would be 3k but I got this one used from a guy in Canada for 1k. Such a good deal
