I'm sorry to hear about this. Hopefully once the cleanup begins the aftermath isn't so severe. It's hard to look at all of the hard work and labor get destroyed in a heartbeat. Keep your chin up, you are a positive force in the vintage snowmobile hobby!
Oh man I’m so sorry for your loss. Hopefully you were able to restore or fix up most of your collection that was damaged. My stomach is upset watching this video honestly. Ugh!
This turns my stomach. So sad for you, and so sad for the loss of so many beautiful machines. Keep your head up. Another one of life's many curve balls.
That's a heart break scene, sorry for your roof collapse, get it cleaned up and see what can be fixed, hopefully the vintage snowmobile world will see this and come together and maybe with some help you can rebuild some that are damaged.Keep making videos.
awe that sucks, the same thing happened to my family 40 x 60 machine shed in the late 1970s. We ended up putting up an additional crossbrace and roof beam and fixed it.
Very, very sorry to see this ! Keep your chin up, simply do what you can with what isnt touched and keep that safe from the weather for now . Snow load ratings are a serious matter. All of us in the Yoop deal with this most every year. This year, its exceptional load. If it rains a inch with whats up there right now on many steel roofs.... it could cave in before it slides first ! This is why we roof rake or line cut the slab for just in case. Its been so much snow maintenance this year, especially roofs, we have not had much time to sled ride. All my roofs are bare right now, but others are in a very bad position if things dont go just right the next 7 weeks. It never hurts to step up to a snow load rating thats well above normal for any area. Todays weather isnt what it was in the past by a longshot, hope for the best, but plan for the worst, and if the snow keeps building on the roofs beyond what the roof could handle if it gets soaked with alot of rain.......you HAVE to go to the trouble to get the snow off before the disaster.
My pole barn was old, yes, and probably didn't meet today's snow load codes, but it was decades old when I bought it, and 16 years after that, it broke. WHY? - LOTS of early snow, but then warm-ups that compressed and compacted to a frozen block of ice, that never slid off. (I see it all over here these days.) No roof rake could move this slab. - failure occured on the COLDEST night of the winter.
Ooof the history and hard work sad, have been enjoying your videos, sad to see all your irreplacable hard work disrespected by mother nature in this way. Hope to see the vintage sled community rally and help you get things going again. You had an absolutely beautiful collection😢
I'd be sick to my stomach. Hopefully the enclosed trailers helped cushion the fall but sadly most of the sleds appear to have been against the walls. Lets hope the damage isn't as bad as it looks.
So sorry for your building damage hope you and your loved ones are healthy . Love your collection and video's

Oh my gosh! I know most of us would have taken any one of these sleds let alone your entire collection. Good luck with the recovery.
I really really, hope you had insurance.

The insurance is going to be terrible. They think a 77 sno twister is worth fifteen dollars

Wow that is very sad.
Oh my God!

Uh oh. Not good. Hopefully the sleds survived.
You may fair better than it appears.
Just seen this. Wow what a nightmare. Did you ever recover and rebuild any of these rare sleds?
Metal roof did not do what it is supposed to do. Sorry for the troubles sir. The history you are preserving is very important to everyone.
SO VERY SORRY
I hope you are doing ok. I usually start feeling the loss during-after cleanup. Hows it coming?
That’s sad, I hope you recover all you can. Sorry valdi, wish you luck.

very sad to see this. I love your sled videos.. Glad you're ok! Better them than you.
This reminds me of the sinkhole under the Corvette museum.. No matter what's damaged, there's still hope for it. Plus, it'll have a story
this is so sad
Oh man.. I hate to see this.
God... that’s so horrible. Over 10000 $ of damages. I love these and seeing this is horrifying.

Terrible scene very sorry
I'm so sorry, this makes me ill, I wish I could help.
