Legitimately, your tips are the best. It's soooo important to remember that the listing description doesn't just sell your property, it sets expectations. Putting a positive spin when mentioning things that might bother some people (like creaky floors) helps guests to decide whether that might be a deal breaker. Better to miss out on a guest than to book somebody that won't be happy and risk a bad review.
Also, this is a reminder that I want to rework my description to highlight the closets and drawers in my bedrooms because they're not really obvious in pictures.
    Thanks! 😎

Thank you so much for making these videos ! You both are very detailed oriented. I would like to ask what do you suggest if the unit being lease has a lock with a digital key. Is there a smart lock I can use that doesn’t require installation ?

I stay in a LOT of AirBNB and one thing I always look at is bed size...you didn't mention that but I suppose it could be so simple it's not worth mentioning? a few things I always look for which you didn't mention but could also be so simple that it's understood: Pets, Internet, bed size (King or 2 twins, my husband is a body builder...a queen bed isn't great) I have a whole set list of things I look for...1) deal breakers (or makers) 2) like to have but not necessary or 3) I don't care about, but others might for example I don't care if I have a view but I need good internet. . I encourage others to make a simiar list so if you don't see that particular item listed (like is there high speed internet/wifi) then it reminds you to ask. Great video from a client perspective

Great suggestions here, love this! We also like to really tailor our set up to our type of travelers. For example, we know we need a bedroom with some twin beds at a vacation destination! Thanks for sharing :)
