Joraku ist such a Masterpiece, everytime we play it everyone gets so excited in advance and then it is this huge great arc, where everyone is totally focussed and engaged till the end. Keeps everyone on their toes. Love Caper, Marabunta, Match of the Century and Patterns too. Haven’t played the rest.

Carson city has great aesthetics and ideas, but the bidding to actually score for what you worked for in the board really screws the loser and the feel of the game. The disrupting robbers (expansion) are also not compatible with a 4 round game.
