Hey ladies you are such fun to watch love the recap of your trip and yes Tracie your periscope video is still there so I also got to see all the wonderful fun times and yummy yarns you showed us in some of the booths I am such a Sweet Georgia fan so really enjoyed seeing those yarns thanks again 💕
I love you guys. Your happiness is contagious. I just watched Susan B's recap of Knit City. She couldn't say enough good things about you two. You made her smile.
Enjoyed this episode so much! Of course I watched it all! Thanks for sharing your Knit City experience. Toronto to Vancouver is not to far must start saving for next year!
So much fun watching your video cast. I knit a little, but am into weaving some too. OK, confession, I am a quilter first, weaver second and then knitter third. Am amazed at all your beautiful yarns and the ease with which you are willing to tackle some of those patterns. Glad you had a good time at KnitCity.
I burst out laughing at the "my ice cream tasted like shit", Jodi, we would be BFF's. My husband is a sailor, and swears like one.....I have taken up that habit.
What a great podcast! And that's a LOAD of fancy yarn! If I had the funds I'd go absolutely nuts at Valley yarns. I've just started my own knitting podcast, so it's always good to come across new inspiring podcasts. ^_^
Ladies .....big hugs a squishy kisses ...thank you for the fabulous shout out .....I can't wait to see your sweaters !!!! There is a few kits going up in YarnInk's shop tomorrow at 2 pm .....hope to see both of you at the Calgary Fibre fair next month
I recently found your podcast and I love it. I enjoyed the pics y'all posted at the beginning of this video, especially the shots of Granville Island. We've driven to Vancouver a few times (all the way from Texas) and the last time we were there, we ate at a really neat place on Granville Island. What a charming area! Thanks for the entertainment!
You guys are making me want EVERYTHING! Good thing by the time I'm listening to this most of the shops are sold out. Don't worry, I'm bookmarking them for future perusing!
So glad I ran in to you ladies and stopped to say "hi" it made my knitcity that much more fun! I loved seeing all your acquisitions, it makes me want to go back and get more. :)

Fabulous, girls. Loved your recap and laughed tons. Only you two could spend $75 on a taxi to a yarn shop lol. So cool seeing all the yarns you bought and I just discovered that one of my LYS's here in Scotland stocks Richard Devrieze yarns so I'll totally be trying that out. Have a lovely holiday, Tracie. xx
Stay downtown next time. :) Especially in the west end/coal harbour area. (my stomping grounds) More food choices as well. BTW, it was WONDERFUL meeting you at Knit City. :)
Great podcast! And don't even... About being old. You two are about the same age as my two oldest daughters. I have SIX GREAT grandchildren. So sad I will never go to knit city, but very excited about, hopefully, Shetland wool week in 2017.
If you girls are back for knit city again I'll take you gals out to eat ☺️ I'm sorry your food venture wasn't as great as the knit venture. I promise you vancouver offers a lot of great food. Plus, I grew up next to the PNE 😊 Thanks to your podcast you inspired me to knit socks this year and I only started knitting last year 2016 while I was off on injury and couldn't walk. Keep up with the great podcasts, ladies 👌🏼👍
What a great video, of course all your videos are great! :-) I live in Arkansas, USA, and it's going to be 90 degrees today, crazy, but I'm happy about it, I hate cold weather!

I just love your podcasts. And this one after Knit City got me thinking......You ladies have to visit the Fanoe Knitting Festival on the smallest island on the west coast of Denmark some time. Around 10.000 women in all ages go there for the three days knitting festival late september each year. This year even a canadian bloke participated. I sat with him in a workshop for knitting islandic yoke sweaters....
I want to come live in Canada and be your neighbour, you two are brilliant, I want to go yarn shopping with you. I can't wait for your next podcast, thankyou xx

There is a great Vietnamese place a few blocks west and a FABULOUS Palestinian place about the same distance! I agree the only good thing about the hotel is the location.
