When all 4 turtles, Splinter and other strong characters couldn't beat Shredder, it doesn't make sense for Leo to suddenly beat him in one hit without massive training. Supported by the fact that later on he doesn't show that level of power again and struggles against weaker enemies.

Even though he said he still have bruises and his body was still sore he took on that robot like it was easy too ( with the help of Raphael of course). And tell me why Casey also jump through that thing in the middle of the subway it was this pathway he jumped through it with ease and that's like superhuman feats like that robot jumped kinda hi that's superhuman feats even Raphael didn't. Do that. Not to mention the hits he took during his fight with Raphael he literally got Jack Rabbit kicked when Rath shot himself off the ground right into. Casey's head and barely was fazed by that he got back up and they kept fighting the only time he said it hurt was when he got slammed into the car. Note that Casey was already fighting some other guys so he didn't even have all his stamina back on the other hand Raphael was at full stamina . He had fought nobody.
@@Blankmarks well tbf, leo isn`t as skinny as himato yoshi, and he had a katana along with his adrenaline boost and long jump, it makes sense he killed shredder along with the fact he aimed for the neck, which is a good spot but also needs good strength to slice anyways, leo isn`t in that avatar state by default, but if he put his mind to it i wouldn`t be suprised if he killed tigerclaw without a sweat, also remember what he did in s2, versing shredders goons alone, yea when leo is serious he becomes a demon, i think if master splinter taught leo every secret, leo can suprass his own sensei, leo has a better body build, anyways im saying this because i think that feat is relative to power and especially potential

Yes, Super Shredder did beat Splinter. April with her full power could fight Super Shredder and possibly beat him. She didn't not have it when she fought Super Shredder. But you can notice that she did do the best outside Splinter against him despite not have full power. As for Dregg, I honestly can't remember. Read the rules and you'll know why Tatsu, Simultaneous and Wyrm is not on here. You can disagree but that why they're not there.

Jei would be around Leatherhead Level since he can beat all the turtles with ease. Usagi is around Leo level since Leo could match him. Wyrm is number 1 due to reality warping. No idea about Zeno since he appeared only once but probably leatherhead level. Alopex is above Tigerclaw so number 4, I wouldn't place her above Splinter. Ralph EOS? Ralph doesn't change much from BOS to EOS.

You do realize you forgot about Tatsu is top 15, Lord Simultaneous is top 5, and Wyrm is number 1
Yes, Super Shredder did beat Splinter. April with her full power could fight Super Shredder and possibly beat him. She didn't not have it when she fought Super Shredder. But you can notice that she did do the best outside Splinter against him despite not have full power.
As for Dregg, I honestly can't remember.
Read the rules and you'll know why Tatsu, Simultaneous and Wyrm is not on here. You can disagree but that why they're not there.

A couple episodes before that she got a huge hit by super shredder. Yes she is as powerful as super shredder in her telekinesis.

Finally you don’t remember Lord Dregg? You need to rewatch the space adventures in season 4 and he did returned in season 5 after the turtles defeated kavaxas. There was other stuff that was placed too low and too high. Overall the video was an L. Sry if I was trying to hate you

Outside of that one instance, they've lost to Tiger Claw most of the time. It's more consistent.

Jei would be around Leatherhead Level since he can beat all the turtles with ease. Usagi is around Leo level since Leo could match him. Wyrm is number 1 due to reality warping. No idea about Zeno since he appeared only once but probably leatherhead level. Alopex is above Tigerclaw so number 4, I wouldn't place her above Splinter.
Ralph EOS? Ralph doesn't change much from BOS to EOS.

@@zarijastamatovic4028 Newtralizer would be slash level and much higher, maybe 5, with lightning powers. Armaggon is inconsistent, sometimes he beats all 4 turtles, and sometimes only 1 is needed to beat him. Maybe Leo level, I don't know for sure. I even forgot he was a character.

I didn't consider them major characters since they didn't appear a lot or were not the focus of the arc. Wyrm in particular only appeared once, but if I did put him on the list he would be number 1.
