I think the main issue with Korra's friend group is just the love triangle. It made them feel less connected and added unnecessary drama. But I do wish they worked together more often as well instead of being separated.

I've always liked korra, which probably stems from the fact that I saw the legend of korra before I watched ATLA, so I was always really confused why so many people hated it, even after watching ATLA. ( Korra will always be my fav, tho that love triangle sucks )
Amazing video. All these Korra haters always display a lack of media literacy either willlingly or unwillingly. The first point about Korra's villains being grey areas at the start is just pure stupidity.
oh yes the homie hopping, can’t defeat any of her own villians, has to get saved by someone ELSE for her bending to come back looses the avatar state only to get bailed out by retcons over a decade later bc she failed as a show.
