Great vid Chad, it’s good to see the tougher days presented, as well as the easy ones, I was at Dever a couple of days ago and took 4 hours to find the ‘method’ then had 4 in less than an hour on a green egg under a bung… check out the video and let me know what you think… Grandpa Chris R. Six hours away is far if you travel it often enough. How many times do you come over from Pennsylvania? Being subscribed isnt the same as travelling there!
Hi Chad looked like you had to work hard for your fish . I had one yesterday with only one eye as well . I was using a brand new Grey's 5 wt rod for the first time and after 2 fish the top eye broke off as I pulled my fly line out the top, not to impressed. So I know the frustration of equipment failure on the plus side I took a mate out for his first time fly fishing and after thashing the water to a foam with his developing casting technic he caught his first trout 2lb. it took him 4.5 hrs but he was made up.👍
