Yes sir, I tried. But I didn't have the correct size. All we had was tubing that was too big and it kept falling off. I was too lazy to go get more.
The black was the factory color. If I remember correctly that was started in 1980.
Possibly. I can't recall. Most of mine were black...... from oil leaks. 😁
