i used to wear a binder constantly when i was like 11-13 but recently ive kinda stopped bc my dysphoria isnt that bad anymore and mentally/physically i dont have the energy to wear a binder

This reminds me of my first binder. It's a GC2B. I still have it. I just don't use it. I prefer the ones I got from forthem. I also use trans tape. Those binders and tape are so much better on my lungs and ribs. I really hope I'm able to get top surgery one day. Using the tape has shown me it'll definitely be the right route for me if I can afford it

1:24 spectrum outfitters are really good, they’re autistic friendly and made from recycled materials they also do discreet packaging to label the parcel as a vest, highly reccomend! (I promise I’m not sponsored lmao they’re just good)

I’m gonna be the person who takes this as an opportunity to either educate or reeducate everyone on how to properly wear a binder: -8 hrs a day is usually the limit (I know Noah mentioned 12, but I’ve always heard 8 so lmk if i’m misinformed) -NEVER wear to sleep (Noah also mentioned this, thanks Noah :)) ) -NEVER exercise in it! It doesn’t allow you to fully breathe in (which you definitely need to be able to do when you’re exercising. I recommend trans tape and/or a compression top if you need to bind while exercising) -5 days a week limit (Yes, I also break this rule, but you should at least take as many breaks as possible) Please let me know if i left out anything that anyone thinks should also be included. I’d also like to recognize that Noah did say a lot of these things and ty to him for making sure his viewers are educated :) i just wanted to make a list of all these things
As a spicy tism trans guy myself, I've stopped wear binders 99.9 of the time Because of the sensory issues and the fact that my breathing is impacted while wearing it. I too use to eat and sleep in my small gc2b binder but realised years later that I should of probably have been wearing a medium instead, now even a 2 year worn out large hurts and is highly uncomfortable if I have to hear it for more then half an hour! So baggy clothes it is for me. I sometimes feel a bit of dysphoria, but only when I'm wearing a top that I think allouds to me having a chest that way.
i recently moved out of utah (transphobic af) and now i’m in colorado. my parents are super supportive of my transition, and are working to get me on hormone treatment. im on the waiting list for the best in the state. the second i turn 15, im getting top surgery. the first things im gonna do after im done healing is show up to school and show those bitches who told me i wasn’t a real guy my dope ass new chest. so they got no comeback (yes i’m only 2 months into my new school and already getting brutally bullied)
