- The Chelsea Three More Points podcast returns for the first time in 2025 as @AGuyCalledHenry and I discuss the Todd Boehly 'Vivid Seats' ticket scandal. I believe Chelsea fans need to stand up together in this situation. Long term fans are being priced out of games. Home and Away tickets are becoming available online before they are even available for members...

Yes everyone! Great to be back. This ticket stuff is an absolute disgrace. We need to make some noise about it 👊.
If you attend matches then you are funding this type of behaviour.
Atleast standard tickets aren't 66 quid😂
But you celebrate when Chelsea pays 100 million for a player to improve the team, correct?
I live in Australia and absolutely love Chelsea. I am up at all hours through the night to watch every Chelsea game and flew to London last year to go to the bridge and watch us play for the first time. I payed $700 aud for my tickets because I love this club and that was worth it for me. I understand your anger but for overseas fans like me this is the only way for us to be able to watch our club. Just because we don't live in London doesn't mean we arent proper fans of the club
I knew it was over for us when the club was stolen from Abramovich
@@zentubeMusic1046 Abramovich is a Russian oligarch. Everything he has was stolen from someone.
Don't worry in 10 years we will be better 😂
George glad you discussed this, but you are late ! Johnny Minerals and Younes already talked about it, and if you could put your ego in the past, you could join us on the journey to deliver truth in time and with clarity !
Facts landed geezer 👍🏼
@ 💙🙏🏻
Can I just say as a foreign fan, the Chelsea website is a joke. For buying tickets is a joke. Become a member get a login that doesn’t work half the on different browsers, and then sit and wait for a small window of time to buy. If only ever been to the bridge through package sites where you have to buy hotel, flight and the ticket together. And the seats are upper tier, sitting next to people who don’t really cheer when w score. I’ve ben a fan since 97 but I’ve only been to the bridge three times. So yeah Fak the new owners, but also this is nothing new for foreign fans.
Felix's first match at Milan, and he scores. Wonderful management 👏 😅
Can we talk about Felix when he scores more. It could be his first and last goal. Why make too much fuss about nothing.
@nicolemonkeviciene791 the issue is letting him go was a mistake
He wasn't meant to be at Chelsea. We signed him so that we could sell Gallagher. Enzo didn't want him, couldn't fit him in the starting 11 because of Palmer, now he's on loan on a 5m fee and AC Milan will buy him in the summer.
@benedeknagy4817 still goes down to management. These owners are a joke!
A dance have diffrent styles. This Chelsea era are not the same rytm with Felix. Be happy for Felix that he have a good start and have fun playing football. It's his life
Fair play to Johnny and Younes for bringing this story into the light about a week ago.
Over a week after the story broke via Younes & Johnny Minerals and across the global news front, your coverage is well overdue. With your immense following, it is important that you take your responsibility to relay the truth of the matter. In passing, in my opinion, this is a good take. Now that you are covering this story and its significance, it is imperative that you stay committed to the cause and back the "STOP EXPLOITING LOYALTY!" campaign until the PL or UK GOV acts in favor of regular football fans. Admittedly, it could be a long struggle, but as real Chelsea fans over the decades, the fanbase has unique experience and again needs to unify to drive these crazy boneheads out of town.
he needs to drop his bias against Johnny just bc he called George out and attacked his ego, Minerals FC would love to discuss with George and invited him to his live streams multiple time
@@lucnick4 yes lets have it right.
I'm a lifelong fan for over 55 years, regularly going on the train on my own to Stamford Bridge. As a father I took my youngest son to watch games as he followed the Blues too.
I live abroad so cannot go regularly to games, & forget the last time I went to watch a game 😢 To go to a game I have to buy a membership & hope that there'll be a ticket available! This is so unfair for real fans like me!
Ticket prices in the US have always been high and I suspect it may have something to do with taxes here being less Vs the UK. Todd’s site is not the only one selling tickets, it’s other sites too, can’t pin it on only him. But my question is for non UK living fans how do you get tickets other than this method? Maybe I am naive. Have only been to the bridge once so far. For season tickets to a regular team (NHL) game here would cost in the region of 4-5K a season.
I also don’t think foreign fans will contribute to a bad atmosphere necessarily- I love the club and would be signing with everyone else just like the locals. Spending that much on a ticket only makes you go if it’s worth it to you
Chelsea FC is being owned by people who are NOT football Fans. Expecting them to have passion over the affairs of the pitch, is somehow delusional. It's like trying to milk a Bull
Harry's statement that the international fans traveling to London are "high net worth individuals" (implying they have more purchasing power than the average domestic supporter) may be one of the dumbest takes I've heard on a sports podcast.
The exaggerated re-sale prices being thrown around here are completely laughable. 20x face value?
More like 2x/3x which if you're not willing to pay £40 just for the privilege of queuing for ticket isn't that significant.
As an American, buying a single ticket to a single game for my local NFL team costs around $200-300 per ticket. Being able to go to a game for ~$50 (£40) sounds like a bargain to go to one of the big teams. Vivid seats, ticketmaster, seatgeek, etc. are how everyone buys tickets here so it’s confusing to me how this is a scandal… maybe I’m just too American to understand but those replaced (for the most part) “ticket touting”/scalping which has always been a thing in our sports and have never been enforced illegal (even if it technically is on the books, which idk if it is). Maybe it’s just a cultural difference of the countries why I can’t understand why it’s a scandal which is understandable too
@@austinabraham8873 because the people of london who have Season Tickets have priority, and these owners take their tickets and sell for 300% profit. A lot of Season Ticket holders cant buy tickets anymore bc of that. I suggest you go to Minerals FC and YounesTalksFootball to see more truths about these owners
Jesus fucking Christ 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
It's not a "scandal", Todd Boehly like every other mega rich Billionaire has his hands in a bunch of companies. Now, if that's against any Prem rules as a co-owner then I'm all for enforcing the rule if he has to drop out of it. But the fact is he's been on Vivid Seats board of directors since before the purchase of Chelsea, so they would have already known about it. The articles I'm reading make it sound like Vivid only sells Premier League tickets, lol. It's far from the truth, it's a resale business for many sports mostly in the States. Long story short, he does not make profit from "reselling Premier League tickets" that's a news worthy title to put out there because Chelsea fans are not happy about current happenings at the club (which I am not either). If the Premier League does not want any tickets sold on there, then I am quite sure they can and would take action. I am an American who loves Chelsea, but I can't claim the same things an English fan that lives in London can and I won't pretend to. But it's pretty sad to know this is probably just because they're American owners, and although I agree they have made plenty of mistakes I don't think this overreaction would be the same if they were English owners for example. I just hope fans in general can separate or acknowledge the idea that these filthy rich people got that way somehow, and that somehow is investments and that is usually in many different areas. If they make poor football decisions, like purchasing every kid on Earth 😂, then yes I am sick of that too. But if you look hard enough your gonna find dirt on anybody, especially these super rich people. This is a nothingburger
@@notforplay84 I believe fans don't like owners not because they are Americans but because they are investment company representatives. Investing for good profit not for love of the game.
It’s not a culture difference it’s unauthorised in England. I think you need to take a look how the EPL do things and their rules on touting/scalping etc. Also look at the Chelsea Supporters Trust statements on the issue and they speak to the Chelsea board on stopping this practice. Seems that all the time that the CST chairman Mark Meehan has had meetings with the powers at Chels one of the owners is involved in the practice. And it’s true what they say about effecting ground atmosphere. I was at the West Ham game and until the second half it was poor. I’ve been Chels since 1967, am a CPO, and CST & CFC member. I want Clearlake, BlueCo, (22) gone. They are the ruination of my club.
6 things we learned about VividSeats and Todd Bohely LETS AVE IT RIGHT MINERALS LANDED!
Enzo Fernandez has a great pro-Chelsea attitude. He plays for the badge.
These owners want rich fans who say nothing and spend thousands on match days, Why would they want the average fan who buys 1 ticket chants abuse at the owners and goes home. Sad how football is going!
it can be stop last week protest is just the first of it . they don't know what the fans are cable off
They are the owners they can do what they like buycott games
If they are just in it for the money surly that means we have to win so i don't understand
Fully agree George, was at the West Ham game, had a girl dj playing West Ham chanting songs and chanting and being happy after we went 1-0 down, and behind her we're tourists also happy and dancing while
The whole of the bridge is silent because we've just conceded
That atmosphere was terrible. I was in west stand and every time a few people got up to get something going, they looked at you as if I was the one doing something unheard of. Not to mention the phones coming out EVERY minute, no matter who was on the attack…
It got better second half, but still nothing special.
Sorry can’t listen to 40 minutes of this….
How many of the approximately 40,000 available seats are allocated to season ticket holders?
As I understand it - it’s nearly 30,000.
Then account for away fan allocation - how many tickets are we talking about that are actually available to international fans?
And given you said you’re not mad about international fans attending games, are you mad on behalf of international fans for ticket prices being based on supply and demand?
Are you mad that an international fan would be willing to pay that much?
Are you also mad that footballers are making millions per month?
I guess I’m not sure what your outrage is about when it concerns Boehly? What crime are we talking about here?
I think the only reason to be outraged by this is if you believe tickets should only be for UK residents. If that’s your opinion, then ok. But, it would be more admirable if you were just honest about it.
You hit the nail on the head. As an international supporter, there's definitely a bias against "tourists" at the bridge despite us essentially having no option, but to buy resale or Westview/hospitality tickets.
28000 of 40341 capacity. Much ado about nothing.
Get Nkunku on the field. The lack of a finishing touch and final pass is hurting us and we might as well change things if we have options. Nkunku is a player, hopefully he still has some motivation to perform after being frozen out
I’m a lifelong supporter from the States and have always admired how tickets were actually affordable for fans to attend. However, the concept of Capitalism running up ticket prices on third party resale sites is nothing new for any sports lover here. It sucks. On the other hand, a membership with the club has proven to have literally zero value this season. It’s to the point where it feels like you have to be a season ticket holder just to have a chance at attending a match. A season ticket or a hospitality package can’t be the only viable routes. A true foreign supporter will sing just as much as their British counterpart, but obviously not everyone purchasing a ticket off Vividseats will be as passionate. I guess the point is - concerns about ticket prices and the atmosphere are valid but the core of the issue would seem to be how tickets directly through the club are handled
100%. Buying tickets directly from.the club is a joke for international supporters. £40 just for the privilege of waiting in queue for a single ticket or pay the inflated Westview prices.
Regardless of how much they moan , domestic supporters have it MUCH better/cheaper.
Worst chelsea influencer constant negativity traitor
Being a Chelsea fan from the U.S. we believe that these prices are asinine. A lot of us are only able to see our teams play a few times or year, or makes sacrifices just to attend one. Fight this scam as hard as you can.
Letting go of players such as - Rudiger, Kante, Loftus Cheek, Abraham, Tomori, Kovacic, Pulisic, Jorghino, Petrovic, Chillwell, Ziyech, Maatson,Christiansen, Hazard etc are all players we shouldn’t have sold or let go out on loan or run down contracts
Been a fan from 1966 this is the worst I've felt why we have not. Got a world class num 9
There are a good amount of us members in the US who get screwed out of being able to get tickets as well through our memberships that we’ve paid for 10+ years. This was never an issue under Roman.
Some of us abroad never miss a match on television and save up for years to attend one match.
I have been a Chelsea supporter for over 60 years and I used to go to all the home games in the sixties and seventies before I moved abroad. Every time I come to London (about 4 times a year), I try to go to the home matches. I have been charged over 500 pounds every time I tried to buy a ticket at the last minute. Still a Chelsea supporter but I can’t afford to spend that type of money.😟
Lifelong American chelsea fan here- how much are individual home tickets in the UK? I’m visiting London toward the end of the season , was meant to go to Stamford Bridge for the first time, but probably can’t after seeing the price. How much are they usually ??
Mate, I’m living in Australia, and it’s virtually impossible to catch Chelsea matches when they tour down here (if they even make it). I’ve been a die-hard Chelsea FC fan for over 30 years, following the highs and lows, the great games and the bad, all the way from Stamford Bridge, including unforgettable moments like that Champions League semi against Barcelona. But now, I can’t even fathom taking my son to a match. With the cost of tickets, food, drinks, and a jersey, we’re looking at almost $2K AUD.
This is beyond frustrating. Chelsea’s form has been poor, and there is no way they can justify these prices and the sheer profit they’re raking in. It's absolutely outrageous, and something needs to change. Fans have had enough. If this keeps up, we'll be forced to turn to other sports. Enough is enough.
i’ve been a member the last 2 seasons and i haven’t been able to get tickets to one game 😢 partly due to my availability but it’s near impossible to get tickets been a chelsea fan for 28 years
Disgraceful!! 👊🏻
American here, I’ll be traveling to the bridge for the Southampton game. You can bet your ass I will be losing my voice that match because I myself am tired of hearing the ghost town of a crowd when I watch at home. I don’t want to be wasting a seat and will for sure bring the energy. Super excited and KTBFFH
No wonder we find our fans rather quiet compared to the away fans whenever we watch on the telly. Even being in S.E.A we can tell something is not right.
I think with the new ownership we need to be careful not spending too much time on media stories. Media and rivals wait for any and everything to blow it out of proportion. Apparently boehly was supposed to have sold his stake and left by now. Let’s just move away from all the negativity outside of the pitch and focus on the football
Completely a personal opinion here, I've unfollowed Younus for his blatant transphobia on RUclips. I know politics shouldn't matter but his very asinine surface level takes on football seems to apply when it comes to everything else. I unfollowed him from everywhere when he freaked out over the Olympics being Satanic because they featured queer people in the promos, while there was Gojira literally in with a song protesting fascism. I don't personally think he's very intelligent and worth the viewership. Younus is probably a nice guy in day to day life, I just can't see him the same way when he went like "oMGzz oLyMpIcS aRe sAtAniKKKK", and I can neither take him seriously any longer.
As long as Jackson is leading the line, Chelsea is not going anywhere and they keeps buying premature players without any quality players, if palmer get injured Chelsea team is doom 💯
Chelsea fc fans should have seen it coming. Indifferences towards attrocities by the state aimed at RA have repercussions.
The owners owe us, the fans because one of the criteria that they could buy the club is that they would setup something to increase communication with fans but we haven't heard anything whatsoever...
Questions they need to answer...
- Why when everyone in the world sees that, since before they took over we needed an established striker & keeper we have not got either...
- why our talented guys (who fit the system) are on loans.
- Why do owners get to do shady things like with these ticket prices without fans approval.
- why despite consistently failing the directors are keeping their jobs or are atleast not questioned in any way?
- Why we have not at least been made aware of this new model of getting young players, what are the benefits what is the motivation behind this shift in philosophy?
We all love Reece James, but we absolutely do suffer going forward, simply because his fitness doesn’t allow him to go up and down all game long. Gusto gets into great positions and helps create space due to his overlapping runs, he just doesn’t have the quality everyone knows RJ has.
The only way we can make these owners listen is by having fans stop going to games and buying tickets. Imagine that O tickets sale on a game day. They will all wake up.
The ownership and Sporting directors are top level at the business of football. Their approach and ability in football terms... 'winning' is far below the what is required to achieve, simply they are not up to the standard of developing a squad that will win the EPL and any sort of success in the CL. Business success is the ultimate to this manage group!
@09:00 I suspect that you haven’t seen the prices of eggs in the United States lately. 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐
I can’t believe it’s taken 3 years to realise our owners are only here to make money. Please can we get Roman back
I don't understand the reason Palmer & Nkunku can't start in this team. Neto & Guiu deserve to start the next premier league game 🇸🇯🇧🇻
Well done George
i think palmer needs to go rw nkunku as the 10, dont care who plays on the left, allow them all to drift would be a night mare for defenders.
exactly he is too easily man marked playing in the middle, also stop inverting the right back, maybe Reece James can but when Gusto comes on he needs to be playing a normal RB role, look how well he and Palmer linked up last season
tix prices are out of control and the robbery doesn't stop there . . . $175 for a 12 year olds kit, something they will grow out of in a year
I used to love going to the Bridge but I can’t afford it anymore
When american ownership of premier league clubs reaches 14 clubs the pl will basically be under the control of american money men. Asset stripping, equity fund managers etc. Currently 10 pl clubs are american owned. Clubs in the championship are also american owned, Burnley, Leeds, WBA are all american owned and could all get promoted.
Clownlake out now 😡
British sports fans learning that team owners are “only in it for the money” is a lesson in capitalism I didn’t have on my 2025 bingo card
This is a FFP thing, advertised a certain price but sell the majority of them cheaper then fudge the numbers UEAFA will never know
It's a microcosm of the world we inhabit .... really bad ... really embarrassing for our club.
I don't understand why players sold by Chelsea can play great elsewhere, except at Chelsea...
Less pressure
Yes. Clear Lake is a biz.
Could someone please tell me would the club be punished for this or greedy bollocks?
He's not just an investor in Vivid Seats he and his companies own almost 50% of the company....Still he probobly needs a side hustle as he only gets £20m a year from Chelsea.
Palmer on the right Jackson on the left nu and the young striker up front ???
45 years, spent hundreds of pounds every year. 5 children all Chelsea supporters.
A lot of people make money out of chelsea in various ways
Since Vivid Seats isnt licensed in the UK and it is outright illegal to resell tickets in the UK, are fans in the UK being exploited? Vivid is a ticket broker and the middleman between buyer/seller, no different than a real estate agent in a property transaction. It's normal business in other areas. Supply and demand. Capitalism. Thank your lucky stars you can actually buy tickets at face value.
I understand if you are the owner of the club you allowed to sell tickets for profit because you selling product you own. Same like you are selling players and tours of Stamford Bridge. I dont think it is morally right, though
unfortunately they gotta show return on investment to the stakeholders, long gone are the days of Roman not caring about making money
@@DyNamiC_PulsE Owning a football club is a business though. Yes you can be passionate about the game, team, culture, but oligarchs buying clubs to play real life Football Manager and operate at a massive loss are the exception, not the rule.
Love your channel mate but nearly every week now it depressing news making losse interest in chelsea need some positive news
its stupid subject to talk about , unsubscribe
a storm in a teacup
This Chelsea owns are exploiting... Let them go to the stadium and watch the matches themselves. From home we can watch the matches
I'm a a YANK from across the pond in California and what is happening to OUR FC is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! LET'S HAVE IT RIGHT!!! Let me bring these facts that can't be ignored. It should be brought up that Boehle is also part owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Knowing that as well as for him being the owner of a legal ticket scalping company, in return the money made from this business as well as not putting that money back into the team. Where's the money going? I'll tell you. It is being reinvested into an American baseball team. Do your research? The LA Dodgers were already over the salary cap, however managed to go into free agency and spend even more money!!! I understand that Europe could care less about American sports, however it's not only European football that is feeling the effects of these FUCKING VAMPIRES!!! That don't give TWO SHITS whether their investments win or not. There ONLY concern is ALL about printing $$$!!! It's ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL!!!
Uhh bro… the Dodgers have won 2 of the last 5 World Series. That includes this past season..
Not sure what you’re trying to argue here.
I discovered this long time ago that these owners are here for money and profits through buying and selling of talented young players, nothing else. Football to put chelsea back on the map? Forget it. You will see Santos geting sold after his good spell in France. He will never play for chelsea mark my word.
This is why atmospheres at all grounds in London are shit. Tourists first.
28000 out of the 40341 capacity at the bridge is occupied by season ticket holders. In what way does 69% of tickets automatically going to domestic supporters indicate Chelsea has a "tourist first" philosophy?
It's disgusting the fans are being pushed further and further out absolutely disgusting CEO 's and executives must go. I have supported this team all my life and can't go to Chelsea anymore It's crazy American owners just in it for the money. CFC for life JK West London man
Go support arsenal you traitor
Shame on you mr.Todd Boehly. 👎🏼
I wish they could just sell to a more passionate winner
give the club back to Roman
This is old news fellers
Apart from your AI take. Pretty good
Good grief … welcome to 21st century entertainment U.K. US fans of every sport have been dealing with this for decades … now it’s in the UK and you’re all going xenophobic blaming US owners - please. Be happy that the prem league is getting recognition worldwide. Is it hard on local fans, yes, but that’s the price for having a product that is the envy of the world. Sad but true ..
Yanks are destroying the game.typical of them at chelsea how iong does it take for everyone to realise that we have Glaziers part 2. Protests is where it needs to go. The atmosphere at the bridge will be diar with one of foreign fans
Greedy rich men
Viktor Gyökeres
Lots of other fans are looking at Chelsea with admiration about the new model and the young potential.
Chelsea fans just moan, moan, moan.
It's not perfect, but the world is changing and so is business. Be pleased we have a forward looking, long term approach. It won't be perfect, and certainly not in the 5 minute time expectation of the spoilt fanbase. But we will win in time. It is getting better.
Remember the Abramovich money is STILL sitting in a govt bank account. Now that's a real scandal.
5 minutes? What you on about mate? How long actually has it been bro? Its the 6th window. We still need a GK and striker. And they are in for cash nothing else. You be pleased about 'forward' thinking all you want. I agree on the point on the money from the sale.
