yes it would be slightly different about 10% different only. actually icse board usually have more syllabus than cbse per chapter. so u can watch these cbse. videos but u need to find which topics had not been convered
22:02 here , during formation of alkene by dehydration of alcohol mam , said that that Alcohol behave as base and elimination mechanism is proceeded , but in 2nd part during dehydration of alcohol to form alkene, there is cleavage of C-O bond , so there alcohol behave as electophile and also mechanism was different. WHY?🤔
At both the places , the reaction mechanism is the same ( Elimination reaction). In Part 2 of this video , each step has been shown in detail. In the first step, Formation of protonated alcohol. Alcohol acts as weak base because of the presence of two lone pairs of oxygen. Eventually at step 3 , elimination happens. Hope it clarifies your doubt.
