before cutting lngth off legs, check it isnt the floor thats uneven. i made a table and no matter how often i squared the legs it had a wobble, the tries later i got fed up and for the hell of it checked the floor, sure enough there was a cavitation in the floor wide and small enough to be unnoticable till i put the table down. it needed either the floor leveling or as I did it, sanding off three legs till the table was flat and wobble free. of course if i move or relocate the table the wobble is likely to do an arnie.

That is a very useful woodworking tip. Thank you
Great tip! I was trying to use a power hand plane or sand it for ten years haha!
Great tip! I’m using this next time I have this problem.

Thanks for sharing those tips and the make!
Can you do this trick with a sander as well as a router ?
i don't think so.
Good tip. Thanks.
I would just use a sander of a file, simple.
Clever method !!!
On a turned leg I just use a belt sander to take a little off it.
Book case CARCASSES? Rather morbid, but very interesting video and thank you!
Why is that morbid?
I think I would rather add material to the wobbly legs than remove from the other legs.
Why?
You sound like you grew up in PA!
VA.
@@GarageWoodworks Interesting!
what causes a kitchen table to wobble? everybody says how to fix it nobody says what causes it. so frustrating.
One leg lower than the others. Doesn’t take much. 1/16” can cause wobble.
🥰🥰🤲🤲🤲🤲🤲
Block plane.
Tear out. Out of square.
Great idea. Thank you.
Any time.
