Got this question and I want to tell you I'm a complete newby...just starting to learn blender, but my question is...let's say in this image that you're creating, or any anime type image, can I take a picture of me, turn it into an anime character and put myself into a anime environment?

Technically, it is possible. You can use a different software to create the characters => then use AI to transform them into anime => then use photobashing to combine the elements together => use AI to complete the artwork.
