    Fantastic property. It doesn't look like there are major structural issues with either of the houses. The price is amazingly low by US standards for what it is--$200K will buy a one-bedroom condo in a bad area in Las Vegas for example. Maintaining something like this is a full-time job so if it were being used for residential it would be good for a group of people wanting to retire or a large family. I like that you did an actual narrated tour in this video--it added a great deal of value to the presentation.

      You are just 47Km from Granada airport, 116Km from Malaga and its 1 hour 30mins to the beach.
