Here's an idea: what if every time you have a great rider over, have them teach you a quick little concept or a couple of tips on something. Like how to hit that pumptrack harder and faster. Probably good for your riding progression and also entertaining to watch!
and to me, it's the "proper" way that feature should be ridden. the other way is a kind of short-cut. but any time you can land on a skinny and ride it out, it's a win!
@@lukemitchum7172 it a scene from the Disney movie Zootopia when one of the characters gave a red popsicle stick to a mouse and claimed it was redwood. I said the skinny he build looks like he build it out of the 'redwood'
Hey man, Love your videos but I have one bit of advice, if you get a good hand held gimbal it would make your footage so much cleaner and smoother. Keep up the great work
I’m not sure Brian actually did “Cedar Junction” - clearly the spirit of the feature is to go to the tree, stall, and hop to the other skinny. Bring him back!
What I like about the build a new feature portion is that you actually rode up the skinny and transferred over to the lower skinny. Bunny Hopping off the bottom lip of the first part of the feature to the skinny next to it is not, in my opinion, actually riding the feature. More, hopping around it. Nice vid. Congrats to Brian for making the new record across the pond skinny! Wow!
loving the endo switch - proving it doesn't always have to be about getting airbourne. Next I think you need to take it to the next level with a skinng with 180 reverse that only a full 180 on an endo can turn!
Nice. When I first saw you build the pond skinny my first thought was I wonder how far Brian would get on it or if he'd even try it. Itd be cool to see some other youtube bikers like Alex or Seth give it a whirl.
Can't believe you managed to get BKXC into the sticks of missouri! Weird seeing him on the same hills I grew up in! Keep it up BTB, you're making some awesome content E: Also I love your music! I have some friends in the area called The Matching Shoe, I'm sure they would love to share their music with you or perhaps even collab!
On the junction, it might be better to angle the board you hop to down a little so when you hop from one to the other it can give you more momentum to keep riding forward.
Quick tip on the video: You need to choose a flatter image profile when recording on these sunny days in the forest. There are to many shadows and highlights mixed together and my eyes are struggelig and you can see the video compression are having issues too. Other than that its great :)
Haven't watched it yet but judging by the comments you went over back wheel first. Definitely the best/easiest way to do it. I often do it up curbs and stuff when at very slow speed👍
Love that new skinny, looks sick and I love how there's different option for how to ride it. One thing I'd change is to have a standard ramp onto the 2nd section so less confident riders can ignore the 'trials' section entirely
I’ve been meaning to ask you this but I’m looking for a new bike and the Polygon Siskiu n9 came to mind but I was wondering how well it climbs Thanks for the awesome video
Dude the way you nailed that skinny feature was way more impressive than Brian. He only just got on it before bunny hoping over. And three hours. Man that’s commitment! Well impressed.
if you want to learn how to bunny hop better, build yourself a platform you can slowly raise up a few inches at a time. start low and work your way up. my friends and i would do something like this around town in the evenings/nights. We would find some sort of ledge lets say 18" high and just session it for a while. hitting it straight on or from the side, or whatever angle we could. move your weight back to your rear tire, lift up on your handlebars jump up and rock forward in one fluid motion.

yes, thats a great idea!
Cool idea!
Like it
one of the best things about mtb in general is how happy people get when someone else finally lands something...
Not wrong
Same with bmx and skating, just good communities in general
If the floating skinny were a televised event I would 100% watch it and cheer.
I agree, it should become the sport of it's own.
Your style does look more like the skinny was intended to do. Now learn to bunny hop better and just hop straight over the start of the left skinny ;)
Yeah, definitly. The other guy barely used it as a kicker. Not gonna hat, but Seths version looked really smooth.
The endo transfer looks cooler!
True
Much cooler, way more technical riding as well.
and to me, it's the "proper" way that feature should be ridden. the other way is a kind of short-cut. but any time you can land on a skinny and ride it out, it's a win!
Seth: "I finally got it!"
Camera: "These leaves look nice. I'll focus on them."
Here's an idea for a feature: Build a drop into the pond or some type of large jump into it.
Yesss
Name it after those huge slides: The Royal Flush
YES
I love how Brian has always been so modest about his abilities. I'm sure traveling the country and riding is the best form of training.......
Yessss! Been waiting for this for a long time mate, next we need the other seth, sts etc! Cool feature though!
I'm workin on it!
James Harker ......I’d love to see Jeff Kendal Weed but don’t think he travels like the other guys
Camera was like "ooohhh look at this leaf" 😂
"Lumber delivery"
"What's with the color?"
"Uhh, it's redwood..."
(Actually popsicle sticks)
- Zootopia
Ur new feature looks like da 'redwood'
I have no idea what u just said

You should totaly bring Scotty cranmer, bigboy and trey over to try the floating skinny!!
I read this as Scotty Kilmer at first lol. REV UP YER ENGINES!
Great Vid!
Hey man,
Love your videos but I have one bit of advice, if you get a good hand held gimbal it would make your footage so much cleaner and smoother.
Keep up the great work
Very cool. Looking forward to more people come ride and build with you.
Great collaboration with Brian! It would be fun to see the girls ride too.
Great vid, I love how you back yard trail had developed. BKXC is ace and it was great to see you guys hang out. Nice one.
Wow! Amazing video, and nice job on the features, Brian and Seth! That was very entertaining and fun to watch!
I love what you're building, that severed skinny was very cool :)
You need a "Dead End" sign on that stake at the front of the original feature. Maybe an Arrow sign like they put at 90° lefthand turns on the tree.
Awesome! Glad to see you guys get together!
Very very cool, can't wait to see where your channel goes with some new visitors!
Looks like you guys had a blast. BKXC videos are great to watch, his channel is definitely worth a sub! Thanx for another fun filled video Seth!
oooh woooha.. your rock walk skinny transfer looked super technical... that was rad.
Loved the video! Awesome to see Brian ride all the stuff you’ve worked on. Great stuff.
Wooo! Nice job, and crazy creative skinny!
*Backyard Trail Builds* ooks so amazing there!
I love seeing these collaborations among my favorite MTB RUclipsrs! This looked like so much fun! The only problem...I hate skinnies. They mock me.
Do one with the other Seth again (Seths bike hack)
He'll be out this way some time this year!
Been a long supporter of Brian for quite a few years, love seeing third person shots of this guy. Keep shredding. 👏🏻
Dude, the endo method looks so composed! I think it's a more stylish way to transfer over
Great feature! Cool fun with BKXC🤘🏻 keep on building Seth🤙🏻 we’ll keep on watching 👀
Ran into Brian as he finished one of his rides in Oklahoma. Super awesome guy and pretty cool to see him riding at your place.
That was absolutely amazing 😻 I liked that skinny one
Sick. Endo looks like the natural way to clear that!
seth, your skinny transfer technique looks pretty sweet! great work!
Mad points on the skinny rock walk, that was cool.

Looked like a fun day. And a cool idea on the build
The fact the camera blurred is so serendipitous. Good thing you kept going!!
11:42 that bike got some SWAG
So cool to see him in town on your trails! I had a feeling you were up to something cool!
Awesome video Seth! Love seeing collabs like this. Brian is an awesome dude!
So sick
this is awesome man! your getting the skinnies good!:)
glad to see you really putting that endo 180 practice to use on a feature
It may have been blurry but that was a beautiful shot of that leaf
Got that leaf in focus though! Terrible luck, man.
This vid was 🔥🔥🔥

I just purchased a house in Murphy NC, can’t wait to start building trails and features #inspiring

Has anyone mentioned you look like Loki on a mountain bike? The trails are looking magical mate, love the builds. Keep em coming!
I am inspire after seeing your videos to make some backyard skinnies for practice! Question tho, what size are the boards being ridden on? 1x6? 2x6?
You can already tell this is the big MTB channel
It must be nice being a large mtb youtuber, you get to meet all these amazing people
Howdy neighbor up north. I'm just below ya in NW Arkansas Slaughter Pen trails!!!
Nice work man!
Super cool Colllab bro. Follow both channels. Awesome sauce. Get Alex in here next.

I like the endo method. Such style
yoo u gettin stylish!
Love the Tahoe shirt on Brian.
Props to Brian for doing it his way (I couldn't do it). Looks like the most technical skinny you got.
Brian @BKXC getting steazy!!!!
WOO!!!! BKXC!!
You can tell BKXC has improved so much since the 'i need professional help' video, its actually insane how far he has come.
Thats awsome
the new feature is soooo cool
Awesome video as usual dude. I was wondering what the song is at 2:10?
That feature looks hard you must must be a good bike rider to clean that
Sweeeeet! 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿
You should come down to Lone Pine Bike park In Springfield Missouri.
Definitely prefer your transfer, just feel like that style is more what you were going for
Im sorry but how does seth not have more subscribers? he makes such good content! such a good video keep it up man!
*Backyard Trail Builds* Which location you liked the most ? ♥️
Well I've never thought of a skinny like that before... Time to go make it and send it lol
No on the last obstacle , For Brian yes for you
To be honest the ending transfer is how it think it should be done. You are using more of the skinny that way, but both ways look awesome either way!
Dude the way you nailed that skinny feature was way more impressive than Brian. He only just got on it before bunny hoping over. And three hours. Man that’s commitment! Well impressed.
12:32 - Haha! the autofocus on the camera was like, "hmm, these leaves are pretty interesting!"
