Actually, yes, basemental does have a fake id option. You can buy it from the drug dealer. You can also do a homework dealer hussle for teens and if you smoke weed at school you will definitely get expelled after getting caught 3 times

Basemental Drugs does have a fake ID feature! I think for it to have the full effect, you need to assign a bouncer NPC and give the bar the "bouncer" lot trait, but I haven't actually used that feature before, I just know it exists.
I think it would have been cool to see if she had a good relationship with one parent and treated the other terribly. Also having Wolfgang as her partner would have been fun too since he’s also a “bad kid” so they could be mischievous together.
