US housing stuff is so bad, that the prospect of paying essentially $200-$300 a month for an underground cell with decent amenities is ACTUALLY appealing to me.
I mean housing in the US is better than most countries, I don't know about Spain but in the UK they have it worse than us.

There’s stuff that offers such little gameplay I’m not super shocked he doesn’t. Like romantic garden stuff which is basically no gameplay and would be useless, and laundry which would just make ignoring their needs harder for him, lol. Kinda wish he’d found a way to abuse the Vintage Glamour butler system, tho, but I suppose there’s time!
I think he's uninstalled some? I know when Anna was playing the horse expansion on her Twitch, it only had base game and that one installed. It could have to do with storage space on computers, but I don't really know. He does seem to have a lot of them though.

@Ilivepuppys I've watched every sims video kevin has ever made 20 times and it's the first time he has mentioned who's lot he was using but has used gallery lots many times. Stay jealous.

I actually think this a whole new save because the tutorial things are showing up, meaning that he just installed the game. But he could have save the save files beforehand, so I don't know hehehe

The ironic part of this is Kevin tried being a bad landlord and his rating went up, and lilsimsie tried being the best landlord and couldn’t get better ratings
Not only that, Simsie couldnt even get paid while Kevin was making a fortune and wanted more. I guess how sucessful a landlord youre is proportional to how badly you treat yout tenants. Or Kevins game is a little less broken than Simsies. Both sound equally posible. Its not like Simsies methods were all that diferent from Kevins, they both knowingly rented out to tenants who didnt fit the criteria just so they could charge them for breaking the rules. Jim is simply a more capable evil mastermind than Stanley.

That he used the public toilet 3 seconds after he called repair for the lot toilet 😂
He doesnt pay enough attention to the little details to retain them in his memory for more than the few seconds it took mentioning them in the first place. If he cared enough to remenber such things, that would mean he would be playing properly and it wouldnt be nearly as fun.

I was watching a Simsie stream when the pack was in early access and many people were talking about the guy that looks like Pickens and many people were sorta chanting "Our dear leader" and it was hilarious. I love it when a crossover I don't expect just happens:D
Kevin destroying new Sims packs is like cowboy Jim in his underwear making grilled cheese: It's not always pretty, but it's basically necessary and is a lot of fun to watch.
I dont follow the analogy; in underwear or not, how could Jim ever be ugly? Not to mention Jim Pickens is a necesity in life regardless of what hes doing. Unless youre saying the grilled cheese is ugly, that i can understand, Jim isnt the master chef he used to be.
@@pedrovallefin8406 Well, of course there's no universe where our lord Jim Pickens could be considered ugly. The potential grease burns from not having proper coverage can be painful though. But hey, that's a risk you need to take sometimes. A grilled cheese obviously tastes better when you cook it in your underwear. Jim taught me that and he's a culinary genius.
It's honestly not a Sims 4 video by CallMeKevin if some sims don't woohoo, have kids, there's cult activity afoot, something goes horribly wrong when Jim mistreats others, either a random sim dies, OR Jim dies. I love this series so effin' much.
