I think he's uninstalled some? I know when Anna was playing the horse expansion on her Twitch, it only had base game and that one installed. It could have to do with storage space on computers, but I don't really know. He does seem to have a lot of them though.

Not only that, Simsie couldnt even get paid while Kevin was making a fortune and wanted more. I guess how sucessful a landlord youre is proportional to how badly you treat yout tenants. Or Kevins game is a little less broken than Simsies. Both sound equally posible. Its not like Simsies methods were all that diferent from Kevins, they both knowingly rented out to tenants who didnt fit the criteria just so they could charge them for breaking the rules.
