A great collection and a great performance. I have the original cassette but it's getting tatty and does not play well. Does anybody know where I can get a digital copy? Thanks folks!
Doesn't seem to be available in any format, not officially at any rate @@julianalbericci2599 Qobuz download store have three albums by him, but not this one
I think it’s about time that Tara Records releases this album on CD. How many will agree with me. I do have it on vinyl, but would prefer to have it on CD.
A beautiful, talented, passionate man that played those pipes & that tin whistle with so much love & natural feeling...... I had the privilege to see him play live once upon a time.....bless his soul.. ❤
Happy to have found this. I saw the man play only once, with Planxty in 1973-74. I think it was the first time I heard a slow air solo on the pipes. I was enthralled for life.
I'm doing some research for college and looking to find out information about the recording/ production of this album. Does anyone know where I might find that? Thanks
