Hi I watched your Pinnacle videos and I have a problem you may be able to help me with. I have Pinnacle Studio 15 and have just downloaded Pinnacle Studio 26 upgrades for my Pinnacle Studio 15 onto my PC. How do I add my upgrades to my Pinnacle Studio 15?
When you close gap at 2:16 how can you keep the clip in track 2 lined up with the clips directly above it in Track 1? This is one problem I always have and can't figure a way to do it. Thank You
No answer from Coral, but why am I not surprised? We are 2 years later and I'm sure that you have the answer by now but my answer to your question can help out others . Was an issue for me too as the old studios did this automatically. And it was hard to find the solution that maybe was obvious for a lot of users. You have 2 options. Or you use the trim mode, and you trim the empty space of the second track (so you select the clip on the first track and on track 2, track 3...) This means that all the tracks will be trimmed (video on a track and then an empty space on the other tracks so it all stays synced). To fill a big gap as in this video, push shift + ctl and click the mouse left button on the first clip after the gap. This will select all clips, titles, music,... after that shot. Now remove the gap and all tracks will make the same move.
it is clear that the people who make Pinnacle does not use it much. There used to be tools that get work done quickly, such as keyboard short cuts to cut and delete the right or left of the playhead on a selected clip. I am unable to put effects on multi-selected chips as before as well. Plenty of new features but not very user friendly for editing quickly. more donkey work now.
I bought pinnacle studio 24 ultimate. I can not use the new blue effects because everyone has a watermark in the videos. Why did I buy an upgrade and I'm not able to use the new blue effects?
( 2023) I have version 14 and 22 guess which one is easier to use...same reason I haven't upgraded yet. By the way, V.14 never failed when exporting, V.22 couldn't export in Full Frame, it was always distorted.
I'm currently using pinnacle studio 15 and I want to play two videos in one screen meaning double screen and am having a problem what do i do? or how do i go about it?
Have digitalize old 8 mm film proffesionally. They used Adobe. Mp4 18.00 frames pr.sec. used pinnacle 20 to split in smaler files. Got mp4 25.00 frames pr.sec. and only 9 gb for all files. Both is hd. New to this. What happend?
Sadly ever since they "Windows 8'ed" Studio with version 16, the user interface has been extremely clunky and user unfriendly to where users has to completely relearn Studio from scratch cause the ease of editing from 15 and earlier was thrown out openly discouraging keyboard use to edit and forcing you to use the mouse only. I'm STILL using Studio 14 cause they never fixed the interface and will be forced to find something else to edit video for when I'm forced to go to Windows 10. Corel did NOT help users at all who were completely LOST trying to figure out how to do something in 16+ that they used to do all the time in 11-15. There was no tutorial on "old way, new way".
Just got Pinnacle and it renders nearly 7x faster than Sony Vegas, which is amazing for saving time. One thing that feels really awkward is when I move clips to the right it seems to merge with clips further right rather than pushing them out.
So far I am not impressed at all! What are those blue gaps on the clips? One can't see the frames like in other editors? How can I know exactly where to cut or where to insert new clips of photos? How can I insert transitions? All very mysterious and I must prefer a video editor that is intuitive and where I don't have to spent hours trying to find out stuff. It is not as if I have never edited videos but I find the hunt for a better one very tiring! I got along very well with Filmora, really easy to learn to work with, just too many glitches for my taste and most transitions and effects on a very expensive subscription.
You are the most clear and concise instructor I have found so far on RUclips, when it comes to explaining features in Pinnacle studio. Thank you!
you are a sweet teacher, You got a sweet voice. now I am glad to find u
I believe that you really helped me with editing videos. Mange Tak
once i've cut or trimmed a clip can i save the clip? or do i need to export that clip?

Nicely done, thank you.
How to you move the end of a video to the middle?
How can I close a gap and all a/v tracks and text tracks etc. will follow to the left.
Same question here. Until now I don't know the solution. Do you since your post is from a year ago?
