I’ve procrastinated and put off my desire to write a book for a decade. I always came up with excuses like, “it’s not the right time.” Or, “I need to do more research.”
But in 2015 I got tired of this endless procrastination, and finally took action. Six months later, my first book was published.
Look, we all have limited time on our hands. And we’re getting closer to death every single minute. That shouldn’t scare you. That should motivate you!
Time is limited, that’s why we must do the things we want: Today.

Book notes in short points
1) First Eliminate which is not needed.( First decide what work i won't do.
Ask that if I didn't do this work ,what happens ?
If ans is not that much effective then u eliminate this.
If ans is big don't eliminate this.
Even though it is good job/ action, not give any consequences means leave it.
2) look back now
( Biggest motivation is our previous sucess .
If we are low/ motivation less means, think last time after done great work how we had before felt think and see it,by thinking that you can do it )
Example: workouts .
Best record after u achieve something that feel so next time ,it will be very useful for next motivation factors.
3) Not will power
( Don't always depend on you )
4) 30 Mind evening routine
( Develop habit of evening routine so next day we can make it more productive
30mins = 10 mins(today day how it was,what i did crt what i didn't did crtly thinking about this) + 10mins ( tomorrow what i going to do, what are activities are there shedule it and plan to it ) + 5mins( tomorrow what dress i am going to wear like that preparing for that, today itself)
+ 5mins ( visualise and be gratitude)= Next day will be simple and we can execute our plan .
5) Disconnect from internet
( Turn on internet only when it is needed )
6) love your work - to make productive.
( Reason to procrastinate is hating what you do)
Either do your favourite job or
Accept and love your present job.
Better know that job deeply,what are all there and become expert in that field , implement our skill and make that as bog thing .by doing like this we will love that work.
Hence if i hate that job meams only i will procrastinate, so when i love my job i won't procrastinate.
7)No perfection
( Perfectionist is a procrastination with mask.
😂Lazy= perfection)
8)Take that rest
( Take rest before you get tried )
Rest itself work.
Rest itself productive.
Rest not after tired,
Not to get tired taking rest😊
9)Start now small- to increase productivity
( Do something,small immediately)
With first initiative if we do that work means ,that itself make us to go to productive).
10) Record your ideas and thoughts
( Record your ideas in a way suits you.)
Hint - that idea not work( it won't give excitement when i got before at that time i wrote hint)
But voice recorder best then and there say our points and we keep it.
If i listen again ,i have the same excitement what i had before.
Record - record in that manner to that field
11) keep your place clean and neat
( It helps you to be organized and clear )
So you will do work with more productive.
12) Do one thing
( Spend whole day jn doing a single thing)
It increase your capabilities.
Multi task it distract our work.
So do one thing one work at a time.
13) 1st hour screen free
( Avoid a the screens for the 1st hour of the day )
Avoid after get up don't take your mobile .
14)Time blocking
( Divide your day into smaller blacks of yime and plam )
To do list make it after you wake up , plan your day according to that , after wake up itself.

If the book isn’t good then what is the point in wasting others time as well ? You’ve mentioned that I will give a book summary of good books only but this video fails from that point
If I didn't like the book, it doesn't mean you won't like it. I mentioned this at the end. I spend more time than usual to extract some valuable point from this book.. I don't know how it is wasting anyone time with those valuable points i shared..
