Woohoo another Vol driver!! I'm a retired/disabled driver and can honestly say I DO NOT miss it at all!!! I thought I would but it's been just over 3 yrs since I've been off the road (my hubby is still out there) and I'm happy as a clam!! Keep the shiny side up and the rubber side down!!
Hi Tim, this was one of your best vlogs. Nice to see that air slide tandem in action and the dual view backing into a tight dock. Nice to see some skilled driving!
You were in my neck of the woods on this one! I live just south of Cincinnati OH in Florence KY. I actually drove through that storm coming up I-71. It crossed over 75 where you hit it. How did you like the Brent Spence Bridge? LOL
Couldn't slide tandems on rgn, four axles loaded, empty axle 3 and 4 flipped on top of 1 and 2. Nice ride, four wheelers and rain, they did that years ago, enjoyed riding along, pull toy said hello.
Honestly one of the better videos I've seen of yours in awhile man... And I've watched well over half of them. LOVED the shots of you moving your trailer wheels, and having 2 legitimate... Important angles on you backing into that tight dock. Very good idea and footage. Informative and a GOOD watch. I like the longer videos sometimes. Keep on keeping on man. From a Wisconsin blue collar factory worker. Have class A, not driving OTR right now. Just an occasional trailer jockey and factory worker. Later man. -Keith
Tis a pleasure to hear some one who speaks English properly. I am a outlier from the Class of '65 of Red Bank High School. But I finally settled in Michigan.
Holy why would everyone pull over like that ???? It’s rain???? This is a good video to show how people who drive trucks have to drive for everyone else around us n anticipate panic reactions from 4 wheelers and some other trucks on the road too
You should see how many morons cant drive in the rain in Pennsylvania and Maryland!! Drives me insane to the point I wont drive anywhere in bad weather for fear of aggravation.
@@KGrasso89 Is that some kind of American thing? I never have seen here in Europe parking someone in the shoulder of the Autobahn because of rainy weather, except when their car broke down or something else. What gives?
@@d1oftwins Its pretty common to see people pulled over in the break down lane for all sorts of reasons. Most of the time in Maryland they pull over to use their cell phone because it's illegal to use a phone while driving here now.
@@KGrasso89 Hmm, phones have hands free capabilities with Siri and Google commands. Guess it's safer to go on the side of the road than being distracted and cause a crash.
I remember coming through there when i was a kid and it was a two lane road on both sides, also they have been doing Road construction for forty years now loll, i built a Autozone in Mt. Orab Ohio also all over Ohio done ten of them there and one in Nashville finished it just a week before the flood and the build had four foot of water inside of it. It was on Murfreesboro Pike just a mile south of I40 there is a small River that ran just about a Hundred Yards from the building so the river washed up at least 30 ft. To get into that building.
Those cars pulling over due to the rain are so damn cute. They would not survive a Michigan Winter that’s for sure. I could drive in that rainy weather all damn day long & not have a single problem.
Good video when you were backing into the dock your phone started ringing I have the same ringtone I’m watching your video on my 65 inch TV it’s pretty cool
Re, the trailer wheels to the back, I saw where Indiana Jack was at a place where the requirement was to have them to the back while unloading; probably something to do with the weight of the forklift and pallets driving into the trailer.
Sir Tim !!! People with worn wiper blades & bald tires cant run in the rain as you know !!!!! Hydroplaneing is a big issue & hope they don't loose control in front of you !!!!! KEEP IT SAFE !!!!
Sir Tim !!! Question !!! Safety First !!!! Didn't use the chock block while loading ?????? Don't mind me as have seen too many runaways from docks !!!!! It aint a fun ride for towmotor operator to land on the ground or stuck between trailer & dock !!!! KEEP IT SAFE !!!!! Thanks for showing your dirty unit !!!!HAHA !!!
That Rain is nothing... I been in a storm where going 5MPH you couldn't see the road infront of you 10 feet. we found a Bridge and parked under it Other cars followed 6 lanes were all full next to and under the bridge. 30 minutes :) Safe travels........
Hi Tim, thanks for the tricky backing video! If you had waited to slide your wheels, I think it may have been easier to jack the trailer around. Then slide 'em back once you're straightened out. Just my $0.02, thanks for ramblin' on!
I live in Oregon and seeing all those people pulled over on the side because of heavy rain is funny to me! If we all did that here people would be pulled over for two weeks at a time lol
What I love is when I'm running in a hard rain and there's a monsoon coming off the trailer tires and the 4 wheelers will park and ride right in all that spray
I am a true fan of Rainx, people will be stopped just like they were here and i can see with no issues. Question is does Rainx work with your angled windows? I know in my old jeep of course having a straight up and down windshield it's not much help because the rain can't roll off lol.
Well, as a driver of a four wheeler I used to complain when it was raining so hard you couldn’t see and a big truck would drive past me in the fast lane. I always thought that was dangerous. After seeing this video from your point of view I can see why it’s safer for you in that lane. I will never pull over on the shoulder , but I will get in the far right lane. (Your big sis). Now, get that nasty truck clean.
Sir Tim !!! If you ever haul a CH Robinson ld for Crown Ind.. out of OH..& NC .. You'll have to slide those tandems to the rear as it's their law at Crown.. !!!! KEEP IT SAFE !!!!!
folks u can enjoy the whole experience on a 55 avg tv it turns your in to a pc monitor . a ride along fire truck have the ride along the blimp was good to not toot my own horn i wish i had this sooner that a;;
Nice job Tim!! I would love to buy a Rhinoceros hood ornament for my truck. If you ever see one, please let me know where so I can purchase it. When you coming to Maine for lobster?
Everyone's right that's the dirtiest clean truck I've ever seen on the road and then a rainstorm like that it's better to keep moving it is to stop learned that a long time ago even if you only go 10 miles an hour keep moving stay safe see you on the flip flop
Only one time did I pull to the side cause of rain that was when I couldn't see a foot in front of my car. the rain didn't seem that bad on this video.
The second angle was Great! The only fuzz I got is the angle inside the truck could've been a little bit smaller but other than that this video was PERFECT!!
It is so funny, at it's dirtiest it is still cleaner than most other drivers trucks. The design of the intersection that you do not like it the divergent diamond design and it comes from France.
You were in my town when you made that delivery to Lockbourne Ohio. That is southeast of Columbus and I live southwest of Columbus in Grove City. Lots if warehouses over there around the airport where international freight comes in. Some nasty construction on I-71 coming south out of Columbus. I hope you missed that as it can get jammed up at rush hours. Love your videos and idiotic rambling. Even dirty it looks good. You ever have to deal with those darned Love Bugs down south?
I hate wen they say slide he tandems at the gate. Easier to get into the hole IMO with them forward. Once in the hole ill slide them back. Especially with longer wheelbase. Be happy you dont have a 60fter like all the drivers have at my last job. All im saying.
Great driving Tim. Mini van & others cause accidents not using common sense. You got to watch all around you no matter what weather or road conditions are. I had a lady in Mini Van stacked full of kids put me into grass before I looked over she was TEXTING & Driving !! Stupid. Then blow horn and told me I was #1.
i have a question for you i am thinking of becoming an owner operator and looking at a 199 379 pete with 18 speed and a wahbash trailer my question is is this rig worth the $47''000 that the guy is asking for it
That's amazing checking your weight with an app on your phone.
That's dirtiest clean truck I've ever seen lol... safe travels
It must look a lot dirtier off camera, because from this vantage point it looks clean.

My new way to unwind at the end of the day is watching you work. Thanks for the road therapy.
David Jones glad I can help you unwind and thanks for watching
Lol I love this guy because to most people that's clean as it gets 😂 I dont see no dirt Lifes Good 🤣

Exactly
Still looks better than most rigs on the road ...you're like me ...love a shiny rig !!!!
Good video when you were backing into the dock your phone started ringing I have the same ringtone I’m watching your video on my 65 inch TV it’s pretty cool
Top notch driving and backing! I love it!
When you were talking about Cincinnati I got a craving to see the old shows of WKRP.
Re, the trailer wheels to the back, I saw where Indiana Jack was at a place where the requirement was to have them to the back while unloading; probably something to do with the weight of the forklift and pallets driving into the trailer.
Any driver like I used to be would be happy to have such a beautiful dirty truck as yours sir. Nothing like a Pete!
Sir Tim !!! People with worn wiper blades & bald tires cant run in the rain as you know !!!!! Hydroplaneing is a big issue & hope they don't loose control in front of you !!!!! KEEP IT SAFE !!!!
Great video! Have you tried RainX washer fluid? It works GREAT and gets the bugs off as well as makes it much easier to see in the rain!!

Postcard from the UK be over to ya soon, nice truck, stay safe,
I wish you would NOT have gotten out of your truck, I was learning so Much, you didn't mind showing everything, and describing things of the Road !
GREAT VIDEO! LIKE THE CAM ON GROUND WHEN BACKING...KEEP'EM COMING!
Hi Tim, thanks for the tricky backing video! If you had waited to slide your wheels, I think it may have been easier to jack the trailer around. Then slide 'em back once you're straightened out. Just my $0.02, thanks for ramblin' on!
Matt Cross yes I would think your right about that, however they require you slide them before entering the property
Hope you had a good holiday ,It's great to have you back. GOD BLESS
Rick
I live in Oregon and seeing all those people pulled over on the side because of heavy rain is funny to me! If we all did that here people would be pulled over for two weeks at a time lol
Son, that outfit (Montana word for truck) is cleaner than 99% of those just coming out of a truckwash.
Great job and welcome back.

Diverging Diamonds are certainly new and interesting. Greetings from Council Bluffs T/A.
I drove through Birmingham in worst rain than that, cars did the samething...stopping on shoulder.
Nice job Tim!! I would love to buy a Rhinoceros hood ornament for my truck. If you ever see one, please let me know where so I can purchase it. When you coming to Maine for lobster?
TNG64 haven’t seen that one
I run Maine, New Hampshire, Mass, Conn, Vermont mostly. Never get to the big truck stops to look. Tried looking on line but can’t seem to locate one.
Awesome video, what was that weight app you were using
Why do the docks make you slide the tandems?
we have crazy round abouts at pa here especially in wilkesbarre and the pilot exit on 81 south
Your correct , I dont like the new intersection road designs !
Trucker on cb: and that right there is why the south couldn't when lol
Everyone's right that's the dirtiest clean truck I've ever seen on the road and then a rainstorm like that it's better to keep moving it is to stop learned that a long time ago even if you only go 10 miles an hour keep moving stay safe see you on the flip flop
I have never seen so many people pulled over on the side of the road during a thunderstorm! We rode the bike through worse than that! SMH!
I sure hope Chris isn’t watching this to see that “dirty “ ride!ha ha 😂😂
Tim how dare you to let us ride around in a filthy Truck !!! BY ALL MEANS GET THAT BEAST WASHED. LOL
404 ballhogg on it Boss, my apologies 👍
15:50 that just kills me lol he tries to pass yet he can’t
You can find one of these in Kodak outside of Sevierville.
at least you got your truck washed for free lol
Would the gate keeper have permitted you to back in to near the dock and then have slid your trailer wheels?
You beat me in asking that question.
No, they make you slide them before you even approach the guard shack.
Thanks for showing the tire axle slide .
Michael S anytime, thanks for watching
What's the name of that app and does it require a special trailer to use it
You a good driver sr.
What app is that that you use to weigh your truck and trailer
Only one time did I pull to the side cause of rain that was when I couldn't see a foot in front of my car. the rain didn't seem that bad on this video.

That truck weight app is awesome!
That Minnie van is scaring me and I am only watching the video.
What's the name of that weight app and how does it work? Thanks

What in the world kind of intersection is that
Frickin traffic engineers think we are in the damn UK!
9:15 cuts down on intersection accidents and wrong way drivers. One idea: magnet mount device on rear of trailer.

Axel's all the way back picks the ass of the trailer level with the dock so the forklift don't nose dive into the trailer
