A tip for peeling peppers: When they're still hot, place them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the skins should peel right off pretty much in one piece.
When Mia starts cutting the vegetables, I'm thinking, "she should use a mandolin", but also "no!" And if you don't want to use the sauce from the casserole, maybe cook the sauce you use for garnish, since it has raw garlic and onion, it must be pretty strong! Do more cooking videos! 😁

Peeling pepper tip: after you take them out of the oven, place them in a plastic bag and the steam it’ll create will basically lift the peel for you (:
This movie is one of my all time favorites and this dish intrigued me when I first watched the animation. What is even better is that one of my favorite youtubers was inspired from it and cooked the dish
OMG I screamed. Ratatouille is my favorite Pixar movie and I’ve been obsessed with the dish also and love you Mia, this is the most perfect video ever.
For the peppers you take them out and put them in a bowl covered with cling film. The steam loosens the skins and makes it a million times easier to peel the skin. You can also use a food processor to blend you food if you don't own a blender. Also you have to salt your eggplant and cover it with paper towel and sandwich it between two cookie sheets. It helps take out the moisture and they cook better. Just a few helpful hints. Great job Mia as always.
