I have unfortunately had major issues with the titanium exhaust moving. Without going into too much detail, the 4 points of clamping on the titanium and lack of rear hangars is a poor design in my opinion. The stainless steel touring exhaust which is almost identical in shape to this however has no issues. I have since switched to a Corsa exhaust, check that video out on my channel as well!
@@HypeMotorsportsMedia Oh, wow! Good to know. That's odd, though, since the design of the Titanium and Touring look almost identical. I have not heard of any issues with Touring, so may be I save the $ or go with AWE. Any check engine lights with the Corsa and is it ever too loud?
No check engine lights as long as you have the valve simulators installed (if you are losing either afm or npp valves) The Corsa track exhaust has neither. It’s pure loud. Because of this, the 4 cylinder mode sounds pretty unimpressive when it kicks in, as the afm valves are nonexistent. It almost makes me want to use z mode or my mode most of the time to prevent it from kicking on in tour mode. On top of that though, I also have soul performance sport cats installed, which is undoubtedly the loudest modification you can make. My car reads about 108 dB from ~50ft away. From my understanding, your average C8 with the stock Z51 exhaust reads about 102 dB from only 3 ft away. Yeah, it’s loud. If I did it again. Go for the exhaust only if you need the looks, or just get sport cats if you want volume and raspyness. Keep the z51 performance exhaust valves to help tone it down when needed.
@@HypeMotorsportsMedia I was curious which one you think sounds better, the Paragon or Corsa? I know it's hard to tell from the PC audio, but to me it sounds like the Paragon is a little higher pitch and has a more exotic tone. However, I don't want drone in v4 mode...how was the Paragon when in v4 mode? With music? Thanks!
Which titanium exhaust was installed? I just purchased a Valvetronic gold titanium system with valves, but haven't heard it yet (getting installed along with some other mods and should get the car back in a few weeks). Also, sounds like a bit of a whistling noise... do you have turbos or a supercharger installed?
This is the Paragon Performance titanium exhaust, no valves. I’m assuming the whistling might be the wind, I do have a Halltech intake which does whistle from time to time but I didn’t have it at the time of this video. Will be making an updated video like this within the week with all of my current mods on the car, including the Soul Performance sport cats, Corsa track exhaust and Halltech intake.
This was an old video while the exhaust started moving around. The titanium has no valves at all so the 4 cylinder mode sounded pretty bad. For some reason, even after adding the cats, the corsa track exhaust was SIGNIFICANTLY louder than the titanium exhaust.
Look into the Pure Performance Titanium Exhaust also a good exhaust with active valvetronic
I'm giving serious consideration to Paragon. Any issues with heat or installation? Thanks!

@@HypeMotorsportsMedia Thank you! That's very helpful. Now it's decision time...

Was there a mic by the exhaust or is this the engine noise from inside the car?
There was a mix of both the interior and exterior sounds from the GoPro

Is this just cat back or do you have headers?
Did you put these exhausts back on your car or is this an older vid? Also no valves so how does v4 sound lol curious was looking at this set up also

@@HypeMotorsportsMedia this video without your sport cats and intake?
Yes this is only the titanium exhaust
