The M8 comp has the same engine and same power as the M5 comp, the X5/6M comp, but it has the most beautiful body shape... that said, the M5 is far more practical and you can pick up a low mileage car for half the price of a new M8 Comp. Great video Stef :)

Cracking video Stef, I really enjoyed the production and I know how much time is limited on those press events (especially when you have flights to catch etc.) so hats off to the quality to the video you've produced. It was also cool to see you hook up with Petrol Ped and Rory Reid as well.

Stef- Deciding between buying this or a new 911 or an M5. For real. Driven all twice each, practicality not really important, but I want a great interior and great tech since it will be my daily driver. Forget about cost. Only have space for one car. Which would you pick?

They all share the V8 but the M8 has the most aggressive tune of them all.

I do love em but i think if it was my money i was taking into a dealership , I would say to the salesman " Please give me change from my 100k and sell me M850i Grand Coupe instead so i can buy my daughter a birthday present !!

You can. You could beat it in a F81 M3. It's unreliable, uneconomical, completely dated and challenging to look at. All it's got going for it is the exhaust note, nothing else.

Basically a smaller m5 with 30% price increase. Wait another 2 years and you'll buy it with 50% less lol
3 years in and you still can’t buy it for 50% less, M cars hold their value especially the ones that aren’t mass produced like this
