Congratulations on making a very good presentation on CPEC Projects at Gwader Deep Sea Port. I had the privilege to see Gwader Deep Sea Port during it's construction stage in 2005. I also had the opportunity to visit the old Gwader Airport originally built in 1924 by the British. Now it's also being expanded re-built under CPEC Project by the Chinese.

Good presentation. What we must keep in mind is to have strict monitoring and control systems in place esp in customs. Just as Pakistani farmers are crying for urea shortage and it is being exported outside, other quality food and apparel items are also sold off abroad, without fulfilling Pakistan's own needs. This needs to be stopped somehow.

Oil facilities and terminal with power house should be designed near DP or urea area... It could save lot of money and reduce risk of transporting fuel to terminal built on the other side of the port near resorts or hotel industry. It will also provide a lean way of delivering all critical hydrocarbon based products urea.. Etc with. It would have reduced lot of operational cost as well as safety network for all these facilities. Moreover it will also keep hotel and resort area clean and smell free.
People should make money themselves, create opportunities and then develop within. Government can not do everything, this is public responsibility as well to build the nation not only of government.

India progressing very fast in all sectors. Railways, Airport terminals, NH constructions, metro train network, electricity production all are at record progress.
informative and impressive but to make Gwadar region viable and prosperous Govt needs to consider the rights of the local people there. The local people feel that they are not getting benefits from all these development. They don't even have a basic amenities. There has been series of protests going on in Gwadar for the last six months and my worry is what if these protests get violent in future, this will impact the whole region particularly on more developed ones as locals saw those developments as injustice to them

It will give enough room to grow the tourist and business hubs in the future if need be. Just like Dubai it just get getting bigger. I’m sure as time goes by in the future more business and hotels and apartments will be build. So plan now accordingly. Think big. Don’t think small.
