Restrict 720 North to a dedicated right turn land "and" two dedicated Northbound lanes. We had this configuration for months until last weeks lane swap. There is enough room if they mark it correctly.

Ryan Spritas- over a year ago now, that was a nice cut through for the month that it was open. They likely don’t want commuter traffic clogging their brand new neighborhood roads. This was in the update this week actually but it got cut not wanting to make a 15-20 minute video
Lol they had to make sure the money was gonna be well spent I guess had to make sure their was that demand. The growth in the last few years is insane once this is all said and done it'll look like a slightly smaller version of 75 lol

Nothing. Very easy to fix/help on the 720 northbound delays coming to 380! Instead of impeding the right turn only lane (turning eastbound onto 380). Stop restricting 720 to ONE lane only for less than 12-15 car lengths!!! ALLOW THE RIGHT LANE TO TURN RIGHT & let the left center lane to go straight or turn left! Does anyone at TXDOT answer emails?

@@brandon6541 I was told by a Manager at the TJs on Preston and Park that Prosper was scheduled to have one built before Covid hit. The city never presented them with the offer to build again after everything settled down. They're waiting because most of them that work there live up here and were looking to transfer. How can they build one in Coppell when there is one right there in Southlake for them to go to?! I mean, they can jump on 114 and be there in 15-20 mins. It takes me 45 to get to the closest one around here.😠
@LOCkedinLouisiana I feel u, it's honestly a little ridiculous that the closest one is so far from us🤦🏽 we got everything but a Trader's Joe's atp gotta sit in traffic for 20 plus minutes just to get some Orange chicken and fried rice mann😅
I moved from this nightmare. I feel for the people who have to spend so much time trying to get to work & back home. Quality of life really goes down. People have no patience nowadays and this debacle doesn’t help. One lane on 720, 423/Gee closed at 380, yikes! Plus a new HEB goes in, perfect timing. 🙄 Pray for safety, I do every time I go out driving. Its dangerous not enjoyable to drive.

For one, this planning was poor and past due to say the least. Second, people are packing up and leaving because of this major headache. They had a whole year and a half where people were inside to start most of this and now it's being done all at the same time after thousands of people have moved back here. These city officials are a joke! 380 should have started expansion 10 years ago! THEY KNEW when developers started buying up land, houses were coming!! And yet they won't build a connection for Fishtrap over the lake so people can cut through without having to go all the way up to 380 and contribute to this mess!!!
