As a pro fighter his coaches will have an estimation for how many rounds he’d spar before the camp, and then they’d know exactly how many rounds he’d sparred at the end of it. I appreciate you don’t track yours but when you’re training at the level of competition he is, for the money he is, his coaches will know exactly what he’s done. They’ll probably even know the composition of these rounds (how many rounds fighting grapplers/strikers, how many rounds working on gaining top position, how many rounds where he’s began the round from full guard. It’s crazy calculated.
