    Ben, how about when using terms in the headlines that match the kws/search terms in the themed ad group and the ad strength says poor vs using more commonly uses kws/search terms as headlines that don't necessarily align with words the user is using to search and yet ad strength is very good/excellent. What wins? Which method is most likely to help achieve the most cost-effective sales? Google seems to be encouraging me to use generic category words in headlines that don't correspond so well to the flavour in the ad group.

    When creating Google Ads:
    1. Create a headline that helps them achieve an ideal outcome.
    2. Create a headline that makes the offer very clear.
    3. Include keywords you are targeting in your headlines when possible.
    4. Address objections when possible.
    5. Avoid using dead words (e.g. award winning, high quality, sometimes guarantees can be meaningless, dont use the words everyone uses.)
    6. Include numbers or stats when possible. It grabs attention.
    7. Research competitors ad headlines for inspiration, dont copy. (What ads stick around over time?)
    8. Test and test again to see what performs.

      You could give a price point or a percentage discount you are offering off your regular price.
      You could also say something like 3,000 people have already signed up or 97% customer satisfaction rate. Or 4.7* average review on Google.
      Just thinking off the top of my head :)

    • @BenHeathGoogleAds
      @BenHeathGoogleAds  2 года назад

      It depends how much you trust the optimization process - if you trust it then no. If you want more control then yes.

    Hi Ben, if my business offers different types of services eg home loan, car loan, personal loans should I create different adgroups for each service? I have separate pages for each of services on my website. Thanks, Sav and good good content btw.

    • @BenHeathGoogleAds
      @BenHeathGoogleAds  Год назад

      I'd probably actually use different campaigns for each service. Then within each campaign break down searching language into different ad groups.

    Let’s say for example you operate in different cities.. you include those cities within your headline options.. will google show only the headline relevant to the search or could they mistakenly show an ad stating a different city?

    • @BenHeathGoogleAds
      @BenHeathGoogleAds  Год назад

      That depends how you've set it up, but you could end up with the wrong headline being displayed. You'd want to make sure you match up the ad copy with the location targeting.
