Investing and trading both are different. Warrent buffet is an investor, not trader. Most of the traders will loose money. Because they do no about the technical analysis. I think investing is better than trading. Trading is not good option for majority of People.
I'm a Technical Analyst trading in stock market, and you don't need to be good at Maths at all to be a Technical Analyst. Just basic arithmetic needed and that too can be done by calculator. The people who use Mathematics in trading are called 'Quantitative analyst' and not 'Technical Analyst'. Puts questions on authenticity of the questioner.

I have years of experience In forex: You should know that the trend is always against investors(gamblers), i mean when ever the majority of investors put thier money on buy option, it would come down then you face loss and then goes up rapidly which no one can take profit in it. secondly at the end of each business bespite of losses you would have something remained for yourself, but in forex there would be nothing at the end. thirdly we don't know where the money goes to, the forex companies claim that it would be invested in the New York stocks but all the stuff is lie. fourth each business with no effort and real goods is prohibitted in islam. Fifth, have seen allot of people who sold thier entire ownerships to sustain their accounts but they couldnt and lost everything.
So this means FOREX is HALAL, just don't do trading in those stocks which Dr zakir naik just told which deals with Alcohol etc (for eg MINI DOW STOCK because this stock deals with Alcohol ) and as far I have knowledge about Crypto or iq options etc i think that's haram but forex is halal, Correct me if i'm wrong guys :)
Yes i get the same. As we trade on currency exchange how much percent currency fall or go up we make profit and loss that same ratio. And its profitable for broker for us. And at the point of gambling if we analysis technicaly we judge that which currency is strong or weak we buy or sell on that condition.

Allah prohibited gambling ( Althoug intraday and future and options are nothing but gambling ) because it destroys our hard earned money. Allah loves us and every words of Allah is only and only for Human being Welfare. Alcohol, Wearing short dresses, Seeing an unknown girl more than once, masturbation, shaving beard ( It reduces muscularity and for this reason homosexuality is common these days ), self harming, waste of money on useless things, not giving 2.5 % of yearly earnings to poor, etc are prohibited.

Not every company. Many companies prefer collecting money by selling stocks rather than taking loan from banks. Both are counter to each other. Many companies does both which is not permissible in Islam.
Buy and sell is not prohibited in quran except some few things mentioned viz.... in market driven economy market decides what should be marketed, and not.

With all respect to your religion I guess you are confusing between speculation and gambling. Gambling means lottery or Casino where outcome is a matter of luck or chance. Speculation is not gambling. If you buy a house, you will first see the house should be in good locality, made with good construction materials and builder is reputable and you will expect your house prices to appreciate in next 10-15 years. When you do all these calculations and expect your investment to rise in value it is called speculation. Now let's come to Futures and options. Their prices are derived from stocks. You can do all the analysis on stocks and then buy options/futures on them. Ex: price of futures of Microsoft company will be calculated based on price of Microsoft shares and it will be 5-10% of share price of that company Why buy options/futures and not stocks? Because they are safer (if invested correctly it means not buying more than 10% of your trading capital). Suppose you buy a future on a stock by investing just 5% of your capital and if that stock loses 20% of the value in one day then you will lose only 5% of your money but if you had bought a stock by paying 100% then you would have lost 20% of your money and if nobody wants to buy that stock(stock not liquid) your entire money will be stuck there unless someone comes and buy that stock from you ex: you are trying to sell a house that nobody wants to buy then all your money is stuck there.
chaitanya gokhale if you think Microsoft is going up then buy the shares. The reason market speculation is gambling is the expiration dates of the contracts, not to mention theta decay of the options contracts. For this reason it is only sensible to use derivatives to hedge stock positions, not for speculating or option only portfolio.
@@meowmeow9074 If you want to do short selling then options and Futures are better way than short selling stocks because it's illegal to short sell stocks in many countries and Future/Options will allow you to buy or sell entire Index like S&P 500 which is lot more safer than individual stocks. Time decay can be addressed if you buy covered options instead of buying naked options Anyways, Zakir didn't call Options a gambling he was only referring to futures. If you invest 100% of your money in futures then it's gambling but if you invest only 10% in futures and keep rest money in cash then it will allow you to do short selling during bear markets and trading Indexes which are lot less volatile than individual stocks and can't be easily manipulated. Having expiry date is not a problem. It's similar to trading fruits and vegetables. Islam don't forbid trading perishable items like fruits and vegetables. If you don't sell them before their expiry you will lose money. See Trading or Investing is a business if you do it right then it's not gambling but if you buy individual stocks based on tips(without due research) or buy penny stocks then you are doing a gamble.
I think the more apt question is intraday trading allowed in Islam or not? Intraday trading is all about technical analysis, probability, risk management and psychology. As far as my understanding goes, trading is not gambling because you are aware of the stakes (risk) and reward. Additionally, you are not blinding betting your money, you are using your experience and technical analysis before entering a position. I will say it's just like profit and loss in any business. You decided to open an insurance company and you sold life insurance to me and your friends. Then you found out I drink lots of alcohol, I smoke tobacco and do lot of drugs. My insurance premium is 100$ and if something happens you have to pay me $100000 and you can't take insurance back for next 20 years. Everytime you see me your BP will go up and you won't be able to sleep at night because you will worry if something happens to me then you will lose all your money and then next day you will see your friend do regular exercise and Yoga and eating healthy diet, you will start feeling happy because in your mind you will think I am going to keep his 100$. If this happens to you Everytime you will die due to Stress and euphoria everyday. Insurance companies don't do business this way. They will find the probability of people dying before certain age and then they adjust their premium in such a way that if all their probability comes true they will lose only 90-95% of their premium collection in compensation. Then they sit back and relax. They will not worry about smoker/drinkers not they will get happy by seeing healthy person. Similarly, you should develop your statistical trading edge. Your probability of wining any trade should be 60%. So if you carry out 100 trades. Then 60 times you will make 1$ and 40 times you will lose 1$. When you sum up you will make 20$ on balance. There will be no gambling involved. Pure mathematics and statistics. Since there is no gambling involved there is no question of going against Islam. I hope it helps to you. Best of Luck.
Did you called him personally ? Or your throwing stones in Dark ? Futures and Options is Haraam because it deals on leverage. And on leverage you pay intrest. Weather you loose or win the broker will take their money back with extra charges and this is nothing but Intrest. So its Haraam. First you hear what he is talking about. You can't sell a thing that you don't posses, and if you do it you are earning haram and surely that haram money will push you toward jahannam.
@@mezanurrahaman754 my friend Steve Rogers u know the futures can be use for hedging risk of the person dealing with certain types of commodity rather than speculation. For example let's say u are a company of copper utensils and u got a contract of suppling 100 copper utensils each worth around 1 core. So the deal size is 100 crore and let say ur profit is 20 crore. But there is a catch ur profit will be determined by the value of raw copper if the price of raw copper rises u as a company fellow will lose profit in this case u can be save for uncertainty of price by using futures and option. Rather then taking the world back 100 years let's make this world a better place.

Let's say u took a loan for 10 % interest rate and u are sure it will make a return of 17%.Now u get 7% profit on the money which u borrowed. Isn't debt good in this case. Now other side of story is if the user took a loan at 10% interest and put the money in an investment which will give him return of 7% per year which means the user is directly losing 3% of the money. In this case debts will threaten the user. So always use the money wisely 😀😀😀😀😀😀☺☺😊😊

खेती की जमीने खत्म हो रही हैं, पानी खतम हो रहा है जमीन के नीचे, और हवा हम हर रोज खराब कर रहे हैं और नफ़रत के बीज हर रोज बोए जा रहे हैं सो लिहाजा सुनहरे भविष्य की बात भूल जाइए और कुत्ते बिल्ली की तरह रहने की आदत डाल लो तो मन में तसल्ली रहेगी कि हम बर्बादी करने, ऊपरवाले में विश्वास करने और हम वक्त धर्म धर्म करने के लिए ही पैदा हुए हैं । हां बाकी दुनिया तरक्की करेगी । लेकिन भारत पाकिस्तान और बांग्लादेश में बर्बाद हो जायेंगे ।
ये लिख लो ये ही भविष्य है भारत का रोटी पानी भी नसीब नहीं होगी । ये मैं अपनी किसानी बुद्धि के आधार पर कह रहा हूं ।
मुझे पता है कि हर वो चीज जिसकी वजह से हम जिंदा रह सकते हैं हम बर्बाद कर रहे हैं । आपको मेरी बातों का अहसास अभी नहीं होगा लेकिन आने वाले बीस सालों में सबकुछ खत्म हो जायेगा ।

और जब खेती खत्म हो जायेगी तो किसान बामुश्किल अपने लिए ही उपजा पायेगा और जी पायेगा मगर शहरों में रहने वाले सब भुख प्यास से ही मर जायेंगे । और ऊपरवाला बचाने नहीं आयेगा क्योंकि वो होता ही नहीं है ।

The Creator of the Universe says in the Holy Quran that, Zubr, Torah, Injiil (Holy Bible) all are revealed by One and only God, Almighty Allah, in different times and on different people, so as to maintain equilibrium at large. But, all were concocted and tampered after 200 years of their revelations, except the Holy Quran.
God was perfecting His religion in most convenient fashion to men. In that process, the three holy Scriptures were maligned by evil doers, religious heads and heads of states. When the religion was perfected it came in a compact nutshell called the Holy Quran, which is unchanged since 1440 years and stays so, till eternity. Because, Almighty Allah promised it's protection from tampering and concoction.
All names of persons, places and incidents which are present in Zubr, Torah and Injiil are present in the Holy Quran. In addition to that, extra information is also available in the Holy Quran, about the gap period between arrival of Prophet Esa (Jesus (pbuh)) and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).
Allah wasn't very strong wen he created d Torah and the injil and as such there were corrupted, so he went gathered strength and came back with the incorruptible, ie d Quran😂.

I have years of experience In forex: You should know that the trend is always against investors(gamblers), i mean when ever the majority of investors put thier money on buy option, it would come down then you face loss and then goes up rapidly which no one can take profit in it.
secondly at the end of each business bespite of losses you would have something remained for yourself, but in forex there would be nothing at the end.
thirdly we don't know where the money goes to, the forex companies claim that it would be invested in the New York stocks but all the stuff is lie.
fourth each business with no effort and real goods is prohibitted in islam.
Fifth, have seen allot of people who sold thier entire ownerships to sustain their accounts but they couldnt and lost everything.

Not every company. Many companies prefer collecting money by selling stocks rather than taking loan from banks. Both are counter to each other.
Many companies does both which is not permissible in Islam.

With all respect to your religion I guess you are confusing between speculation and gambling.
Gambling means lottery or Casino where outcome is a matter of luck or chance.
Speculation is not gambling. If you buy a house, you will first see the house should be in good locality, made with good construction materials and builder is reputable and you will expect your house prices to appreciate in next 10-15 years. When you do all these calculations and expect your investment to rise in value it is called speculation.
Now let's come to Futures and options. Their prices are derived from stocks. You can do all the analysis on stocks and then buy options/futures on them. Ex: price of futures of Microsoft company will be calculated based on price of Microsoft shares and it will be 5-10% of share price of that company
Why buy options/futures and not stocks?
Because they are safer (if invested correctly it means not buying more than 10% of your trading capital). Suppose you buy a future on a stock by investing just 5% of your capital and if that stock loses 20% of the value in one day then you will lose only 5% of your money but if you had bought a stock by paying 100% then you would have lost 20% of your money and if nobody wants to buy that stock(stock not liquid) your entire money will be stuck there unless someone comes and buy that stock from you ex: you are trying to sell a house that nobody wants to buy then all your money is stuck there.
chaitanya gokhale if you think Microsoft is going up then buy the shares. The reason market speculation is gambling is the expiration dates of the contracts, not to mention theta decay of the options contracts. For this reason it is only sensible to use derivatives to hedge stock positions, not for speculating or option only portfolio.
@@meowmeow9074 If you want to do short selling then options and Futures are better way than short selling stocks because it's illegal to short sell stocks in many countries and Future/Options will allow you to buy or sell entire Index like S&P 500 which is lot more safer than individual stocks.
Time decay can be addressed if you buy covered options instead of buying naked options Anyways, Zakir didn't call Options a gambling he was only referring to futures.
If you invest 100% of your money in futures then it's gambling but if you invest only 10% in futures and keep rest money in cash then it will allow you to do short selling during bear markets and trading Indexes which are lot less volatile than individual stocks and can't be easily manipulated.
Having expiry date is not a problem. It's similar to trading fruits and vegetables. Islam don't forbid trading perishable items like fruits and vegetables. If you don't sell them before their expiry you will lose money.
See Trading or Investing is a business if you do it right then it's not gambling but if you buy individual stocks based on tips(without due research) or buy penny stocks then you are doing a gamble.
I think the more apt question is intraday trading allowed in Islam or not? Intraday trading is all about technical analysis, probability, risk management and psychology. As far as my understanding goes, trading is not gambling because you are aware of the stakes (risk) and reward. Additionally, you are not blinding betting your money, you are using your experience and technical analysis before entering a position. I will say it's just like profit and loss in any business. Comments are welcome. Hopefully, we reach a conclusion.

I am a forex trader. Before trading anything you have to consider it as a business.
Let's consider a scenario. You decided to open an insurance company and you sold life insurance to me and your friends. Then you found out I drink lots of alcohol, I smoke tobacco and do lot of drugs. My insurance premium is 100$ and if something happens you have to pay me $100000 and you can't take insurance back for next 20 years.
Everytime you see me your BP will go up and you won't be able to sleep at night because you will worry if something happens to me then you will lose all your money and then next day you will see your friend do regular exercise and Yoga and eating healthy diet, you will start feeling happy because in your mind you will think I am going to keep his 100$. If this happens to you Everytime you will die due to Stress and euphoria everyday.
Insurance companies don't do business this way. They will find the probability of people dying before certain age and then they adjust their premium in such a way that if all their probability comes true they will lose only 90-95% of their premium collection in compensation. Then they sit back and relax. They will not worry about smoker/drinkers not they will get happy by seeing healthy person.
Similarly, you should develop your statistical trading edge. Your probability of wining any trade should be 60%. So if you carry out 100 trades. Then 60 times you will make 1$ and 40 times you will lose 1$. When you sum up you will make 20$ on balance. There will be no gambling involved. Pure mathematics and statistics. Since there is no gambling involved there is no question of going against Islam.

Did you called him personally ? Or your throwing stones in Dark ? Futures and Options is Haraam because it deals on leverage. And on leverage you pay intrest. Weather you loose or win the broker will take their money back with extra charges and this is nothing but Intrest. So its Haraam. First you hear what he is talking about. You can't sell a thing that you don't posses, and if you do it you are earning haram and surely that haram money will push you toward jahannam.
@@mezanurrahaman754 my friend Steve Rogers u know the futures can be use for hedging risk of the person dealing with certain types of commodity rather than speculation. For example let's say u are a company of copper utensils and u got a contract of suppling 100 copper utensils each worth around 1 core. So the deal size is 100 crore and let say ur profit is 20 crore. But there is a catch ur profit will be determined by the value of raw copper if the price of raw copper rises u as a company fellow will lose profit in this case u can be save for uncertainty of price by using futures and option. Rather then taking the world back 100 years let's make this world a better place.

Let's say u took a loan for 10 % interest rate and u are sure it will make a return of 17%.Now u get 7% profit on the money which u borrowed. Isn't debt good in this case. Now other side of story is if the user took a loan at 10% interest and put the money in an investment which will give him return of 7% per year which means the user is directly losing 3% of the money. In this case debts will threaten the user. So always use the money wisely 😀😀😀😀😀😀☺☺😊😊
