  • Why are there two different Edelbrock accelerator pump cup colors? Is one for E85? Nope!

    Interesting Brian, nice to know these things, oh and I have a question for you , how much fuel pressure is my Edelbrock on the 55 suppose to have, I was thinking 6-7 lbs

      4.5-6 psi is the happy range. Any more than 6 and you’re asking for problems. Anything under 4.5 and you’re likely to go lean if you’re driving aggressively.

      @@MuscleCarSolutions thanks buddy , I have a high performance Holly fuel pump and it says 7 psi , so I’m going to get a regulator before I install it

      @DesertRatFabrication always the best option. Now you’re in control of it and can decide how much or little pressure the carburetor sees. Necessary tool to help you tune it!
