I’m sorry to disagree with most of the comments here. There’s no doubting Eric Bosgraafs’ virtuosity which is truly outstanding but I feel such an exaggerated performance of what is a beautifully crafted simple sonata has destroyed what I feel is the the composers intention of exciting elegance. Why do some recorder professionals feel the need to to overact rather than let the music speak for itself?
Perhaps you should record your own performance and show us all how you think it should sound. I thought this performance was brilliant! I am in awe of the fingerwork and articulation. The music comes through sounding so clean and clear. And very expressive. There is no performative smoke and mirrors like too many I have seen. Just amazing musicality.
One of the most beautiful of Telemann's sonatas for recorder.
GENIALNIE ! Brawo !!!!!!!!!!!

The fast tempi are way too fast. Unfortunately, everybody does this. It's very tiresome.
