The players you are suggesting to use in cm have pretty much different overall for a single team.

Correct.
Imo that’s semi realistic.
Most teams have a wide variety of ratings.
However, the potential of the players is quite similar.
Therefore in the teams prime a lot of the players should have a similar OVR.
