This Saturday, on the 29th of June, join Shaheera Pesnani, the very first alumna host of #HabibTalks, as she sits with Professor Stephane Pradines to uncover the academically enriching journey into the folds of the Indian Ocean region, exploring the connections from Banbhore, Sindh, and Gwadar, Balochistan, to East Africa.
Shaheera is an alumna from Habib University’s Social Development and Policy class of 2018 and is a heritage professional currently associated with Historic England in York, UK. With her scholarship laying at the intersection of historic environment, communities, and sustainable development, Shaheera has also completed an MSc in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh.
