How a colony of bees ended up inside the Flesh Panopticon is unknown, but it is not unknown as to how they all disappeared.
One could see the Panopticon panicking as it attempted to warn heaven about Sisyphus's awakening, only for him to go back to sleep.

Fun fact: Bees die after a few moments when they sting, cause their stinger is connected to some of their organs, bees lose the stinger and the stinger brings some of the organs, so they die. Sisyphus would have just waited and the bee would die, nope lol.

theres a faint enrage sound effect when sisyphus awakes, a nice detail cause the bee's disturbed him enough to be annoying

At this point, Sisyphus is being able to eat just about anything, whether it be a BEE or a miniature V1, if it exists, he WILL eat it
He doesn't really have a mouth (anymore) so I think he could eat anything, no matter the size of he wanted.
