Thank you very much. This is a diamond disc, it can shatter due to temperature changes.
And I should add - since you're discussing diamond discs, please be very careful when using them. Proper safety equipment (especially eye protection) and following manufacturer guidelines for speed and temperature conditions is essential when working with these tools, as shattering can indeed be very dangerous.
