That's Scania and has a speed lock of 90 km\h i guess... or else it can easily cross 140 km/h. Max speed of scania's engine is capable of running around 340 km/h which is locked by the company itself. This bus overtaking in video can run max 120-140 km/h with more chance of f losing control and meeting with an accident. Scania and Volvo can be controlled even at 140-160 km/h but not rest normal buses so please drive safe.
after seeing this video i must say road conditions are extremely poor and most importantly sanity should prevail while driving on the roads. a slight mistake will cause 100s of lives and no heroics and hydrolic brakes would save a single life.

The bus that comes first to a stop gets the most passengers and earn the most money, and because of that almost all bus drivers try to drive as fast as possible between the stops, overtake as many competitors as they can and also try their best to block other buses from overtaking them.
