Where can we go to test the xp1 vs the xs1? This video mentioned thexp1 has up to 400lb adjustable resistance while it's 250lb for the xs1, but we're still mostly curious about the bar's feel and movement patterns and how they compare to an unanchored barbell for deadlift, squat and bench
LOL, mininum 5K +40/mo... may be worth it if you needed a workout spot on your solar yatch. If I was a semi pro athlete, I would totally get it. I just can't fathom a 5K purchase AND then have the nerve to bill me for a subscription to basically just keep it working. It becomes a BRICK if you don't pay the sub.
@@Zr0din yatch??? 5k +40 monthly. I have wife and kids man. 3 of them to be exact. I have room in my budget for this machine. Unless you will show me how you millionaires do it.
Is this a "smart" machine? Meaning, can it detect if you're struggling with weight and "spot you" by lessening the weight? Can it add or remove weight automatically? Or is the only way to adjust weight is to stop and manually adjust it?
There’s another version of this machine that’s about $5200. This machine is actually more limited than the tonal due to the fact you cannot move the arms. And the weight on the $5200 machine is comparable to the tonal. If I remember correctly the $5200 machine only goes up to 185 pounds unless you are using the cables coming out of the floor, then I believe it was 250 pounds. Where tonal is 200 pounds maximum no matter what movement you are doing. Both have multiple modes, both have forced membership fees. Tonal has more movements, but do you really need 200 different movements? No. I chose the tonal simply due to saving space, and because you can position the arms pretty much in any position you can possibly think of, and works for your height.
I mean to be fair, people buy $60k vehicles all the time that they don't need. Looking at the size and build quality of this thing, I can see why it would cost $40k.
@@mablerice3581 yeah if you can pay for it why not. But honestly, even if I did have the money I don’t think I spend That kinda money I’m happy with my 4000$ tonal
Is there a feature to disengage the weight if you drop it on yourself during a bench press without a spotter? How does one escape a bad pr attempt?
Does the xs1 offer concentric and eccentric movements as well?
Can it be kept in a garage

$42000
Great, the future is here! Bring it to Europe asap, please.
That's huge, that machine needs its own room.
That’s what happens when the market is not understood.
Or a yacht
I think it needs its own zip code !

@@oxefit Thanks for the reply. Can you elaborate how the virtual spotter works? I'm benching, struggling with weight... what happens?
Looks very promising. Will keep an eye on this training system. What separates it from Tonal?
It’s 42k lol that’s what separates it. Regardless looks amazing
Did you watch the video? It’s a totally different machine. Tonal would pale in comparison to this thing. This has to cost over 20k.
@@abeber87 I did watch it. The machine looks incredible. But as I mentioned above it’s 42k.
Agreed this version is but look up the xs1 or whatever it’s called.

This unit is beautiful but way too big. The smaller home unit is also too big….
Consumers can’t afford this
It’s 42k
Lmao that’s ridiculous may as well build a proper home gym with $42,000
