I wake up every morning at 5am...on your scale I would say that I am around a 7 or 8. However, I don't get up that early to swim, or exercise, I get up to go to work, and have been doing this for years. I’ve got a few questions about swimming that I want to ask you: 1. How do you stop food cravings? I’ve watched your videos on food but I still don’t know how to stop the cravings and then I just eat what I’m craving, I’ve tried to stop but I keep on coming back to that food. My second question is 2. I really want to get better and improve, I do squad 2 times a week and then I do a swim without coaching on another day, (to improve more) would you recommend getting my squad coach to watch me swim and pick up on things to improve or just try to improve and get faster my self? Try to sleep as much as possible. Try to eat as many micro nutriently dense foods, like all his fruits and veggies. Maybe get your blood checked periodically to see if you have some defficiencies that need non-food supplementation. Maybe try out different foods with similar nutrient profiles to examine what foods your body reacts to best and what exasperated allergies etc. If you begin to feel sick immediately begin to take measures, most people let mild sicknesses fester until its more expensive or problematic to treat. Avoid people if you know they are sick and maybe go out less.
