At my club we just finished hell week. It consisted of 2:30-3:00 practices, and before that an 1:30 weight room. Only days off were christmas eve and christmas and new years day. LOVE THE GRIND!!

I just swam the mile yesterday and I ended up going a best time in the 500, 1000 and 1650 all in one race!!

I wish I could swim sooo badly! First I got the shingles/zoster and finally getting better I've got a horrible cold 😭 it's been 3 weeks now outside of the pool and I'm coughing all the time and can't sleep 😔 At least I feel somehow connected to swimming watching your videos ❤ Can't wait to get back into the pool! 😍
Just got done with my winter break training today!! It was two weeks of 4 hour practices in the morning and it was hell but I improved soooo much!!
You're killing me, Cody! I haven't started watching the Mandalorian yet because I live in Japan and only the first episode has come out, so the moment it started playing I skipped the 5 seconds or so it was in the vlog.

6:04 honestly same. We do that on the first day of November, and keep it up until the first of February. We do this because Christmas is my favorite season ever. Also my dad is a pastor, and my birthday is at the end of January. We keep it up until the end of my birthday and we take it down with my friends when I have my friends hangout with me for my birthday. It’s honestly my favourite tradition my friends and I have, except that the friends end up judging me until we put it up in the beginning of November.

I did 100x100s last week
I finished a set of 20x100 and 20x50 in a 1:30 hours, and it was so painful but I lived through it. Also keep up what u are doing good luck
