Thanks for the vid' Novice query . . . . was that stock height for your tool-pusher and yourself with the vid'cam to crawl under the vehicle to access the bumpstop location ? Or is a default jacking up process/step required :-) A previous owner of my '96 Sierra SLE equipped it with a airlift kit which has been broken previous to the last seller. So I'm thinking pull the configuration & controls, and replace any missing stock bump stops. Yes there is some occasional excessive clunk/bang noises on usually normal bumps with primary vehicle.
It has a lift block in the back so it is higher than stock but not by much. In my case one was missing already and the next one came off on a speed bump so probably a good thing to replace.
This is on a 2006 Silverado so its the generation before yours so I'm sure its different use the keyword Bump Stop and you should be able to find one that will work. Hope this helps.
With 4" lift blocks under those springs, you should have added 4" spacer above that bump stop to keep the distance in spec. Those springs are not designed to flex upwards 8". Just saying!

After researching, pricing, pysching up.... Have decided to upgrade both F&B bump stops with the applicable Timbren GM_ _' SES "kits" !
What year truck do I have? I found the bump stop u used online. But it does not fit my 2009 Sierra. Can’t find my part anywhere.

The part number for the GMT900’s (2007-2013) rear bump stop is 15236353, it’s a 10mm bolt you access from below up thru the center of the bump stop

Thanks I'll keep that in mind . Also its not a 4 inch block.
