  • What makes Sisig standout, is its unique tang-from the calamansi! It doesn’t seem complete without it. But if you’re like me who don’t have access to calamansi, you could use lemon or vinegar, which is not exactly the same. Now today I’d like to share with you my version of sisig that uses my favorite seafood, octopus!

Regardless which protein or base ingedient is used, Love it with the sizzling style as it becomes caramelized and heightens up the flavors even more! 😊

If you only have an access to colab with other famous chef vlogger here in ph like ninong ray or erwan, chef RV etc. For sure biglang tataas ang views and subs mo. Napaka unique pa ng luto mo saka champion ka master chef.

Another interesting menu coming, very palatable but not so common here in the Philippines. Hows the covid situation there? Ate you open for Tourist?

Lods chef, akin lang po wag ka na mag tumetumerik sa pagkain. Nagmumuks kaseng may puf. Saka di maganda sa paningin di nman talaga yan sinasama traditionally. Tutmeric kase dto pang water kasama ang lemon. More on power drink sya.

Really love how you are able to come up with incredible versions of our classic Filipino dishes using whatever ingredients and produce available in your place! Haven't tried cooking octopus actually, but from time to time a few of them shows up here in our local fish monger, so at least now there's something I could try if ever I come across one of them again! Thank you for sharing po Chef! Keep safe, more power and God bless! 😊
