Add the rinds in a jumbo mason jar and add white vinegar and let them infuse for several months and you create a lemon multi-use enzyme cleaner you dilute in water and use to clean and disinfect your home .. the longer you allow it to infuse the more grease fighting lemon oil is dissolved into the vinegar .. you can use any citrus rind .. I like to create natural cleaners because I have a lemon, grapefruit and mandarin tree and I waste nothing .. You can also take a planer to the rinds , dry the bits and mix them with salt or pepper to create lemon pepper or lemon salt seasoning ..

To make lemonade oils you have to get 5 or 6 lemons take a vegetable peeler and peel them into a bowl then dump in 1 cup of sugar and let that sit for 12 hours and then there you go
