- Howdy y'all! We like to keep things authentic on the channel, so we enjoy sharing when we have small hauls just as well as when we have jackpot hauls! That's just the nature of dumpster diving - it's unpredictable and you really never know what you'll find. Today, we didn't find too much but we had a lot of fun rescuing the couple of items we did find.

Its the calm before the storm, collage move out will be very soon, so enjoy the quiet times, doesn't matter to me whether you both get a small haul or a big one because I love your videos either way ❤
I was helping a friend of mine move back home for the summer and I found a microwave and an mini fridge and that’s how I got here

@@breafkast cool!! I worked in a public library for years but was a business manager not a librarian. Children’s books were and are still my favorite!! A great opportunity to teach a lesson while reading.

A jig is a templet for keeping things uniform for repetitive drilling, sawing,etc... It is a guide to help measure the same everything. Or keep a pattern in the same place, like cabinet door knobs.

You mentioned your cat escaped out of the house. We built a structure out of 2x2” wood pieces and chicken wire fencing. We put in perches for them to jump on etc. They came out of my daughters room window through a cat door across the dining room roof to a spiral stair case to the deck and fencing under it, plus it attached to the side of the house under our dining room window. They loved it they had freedom to go out but were safe and not wandering the neighborhood. My sister built a smaller one and her cats loved being outside with her.

Even a small haul is an awesome haul, since it keeps it out of the landfills where it doesn't belong!
Military can openers are about 2" all around and sell for .45 cents. You could take ten or twenty bucks and buy a bunch of them for the food bank. If you have a army surplus store you may even get them cheaper.

A jig is carpenter terms for a stencil.
A jig is a device that holds a workpiece in place, guides the tool, and helps you achieve precise, repeatable cuts and shapes.
Last year at our yard sale, I had a small vase with rocks in it. Someone just wanted the vase so I took out the rocks, placed them in a sandwich baggie, and set them aside on another table. Less than 5 minutes later, someone picked up the rocks and bought them. Always take the rocks. 🤣

A jig is basically a solid re-useable pattern. I make jigs when I'm doing woodworking, metal-working, etc. Jig: 2.

Dumpster diving is catching on in my town, for the first time there were dumpster divers at my apartment complex. Thought of you guys, I'm so glad because it's sad to see good stuff go to the landfill. You're both setting an example for society. Love your videos & of course gotta love Bones too!

Small hauls are the reality of diving. You see someone score big every single time....not real. You will check for days, nothing, then you may get a small haul, you may get a huge one. Luck of the draw. Never know.❤

Hi guys. My area has a place to donate bits of tile, windows, paint etc. Really any construction materials. They resell and use money for habitat for humanity.
In a way not finding much is a good thing. It means less people are throwing useful items away.
