I'm not from the US. One of our police forces is part of the armed forces, but they're trained to enforce the law both in peace and wartime. I was a sergeant 2nd class and I'll admit, I was going over the speed limit. This corporal 2nd class stops me and I was wearing my "street uniform" and sees I'm a sergeant, the poor kid salutes me and tells me "I'm sorry sir, just go ahead", to which I respond "Corporal, you have a duty to enforce the law and I was speeding. You will give me a ticket" and he does exactly that. It was a minor citation, I was only going like 10kph over the limit and I paid my ticket the next day. My father, who was a Lt. Col in the army, taught me to own up my mistakes. I broke the law by speeding and my punishment should not be any different than a civilian, regardless of my rank and uniform.
this isn’t even about your ranking and uniform it’s just a quality of a decent human. accountability and integrity. period. and you don’t have to be apart of armed forces or police force to have those qualities. but i commend you and thank you
Some may be allowed to do that but he is not. His contract with the Chicago PD--where he is a cop on duty to this day, drawing a six-figure salary--disallows it.

No, he did not get a job as a police officer in a different town. That would contravene his contract at his current job as an officer in the Chicago Police Department. He made $102,870 this year.
Everyday people (also the ones that are not really dangerous or sometimes even completely innocent) stare down loaded barrels, one false move or a malfunction away from meeting the Lord. This is average Government behavior if you ask me, not that I approve of such things
What an embarressment to the police force. Very distespectful. She needs to stay back as they try to do theyre job. Hes obviously a bad cop in the Chigaco police department.
Take note what is said at 4:39, very telling. Offender cop tells his girlfriend 'hey back up, don't talk to ...' assumedly the final mumbled word is 'them'. He KNOWS she's better off not saying anything to the on-duty officers performing the arrest.
I'm not agreeing with the off-duty officer by no means but the way they treating him it's the same problem Americans are have with the police once someone is in handcuffs most of the threat is gone why do they still badger him or any American
Cops looked like they where doing the right thing and their job. They politely ask him to get his hands up and get out the car. He obviously could have used his legs to open the door and get out.
@@BrandonSmith-rb1bf No. It's a lot dicier but you usually get something from having some sort of badge, varies how much. A Fed would not give a shit. But this is other cops.
If yall watch the full 8 minute video instead of believing everything you see you would know that this was the guy that was speeding/running and was not the wrong suspect.
Huh? The officers didn't PIT the wrong car. This guy was a fleeing felon and ended up going to jail for eluding. Wtf do you people believe everything you see and read on social media?? Go watch the full video, and not a 10 secind clip of a whole police pursuit.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard the word serene used in relation to Florida in my life. Especially not St Petersburg Florida, they have one of the highest crime rates in America.
Plus, the ridiculous claim that law enforcement officer would be the last person we would expect to break the law. Nobody here is surprised that a drunken cop committed crimes.
Question - is an auditor those people that go out and figure out what needs to be done repair-wise to a street? Or if they're planning on doing any sort of construction?
Auditors are the people you see making these type if videos. They go around and audit the state's budget, and also record the police when they make traffic stops and such. You'll also see them request the police video so they can make videos like this one
6:42 listen that guy being arrested is a pathetic excuse of a man but these cops weren't being professional, the job is to calm things down not swearing & making personal insults even tho he deserves them
The officers are NOT being professional. By all means doing piss in the ice he is in the wrong and shoukd be arrested but they went about that quit wrong. The officer recording has way to much emotion involved in it and they are being are to aggressive with no real prof its him. The officer should not be yelling or swaring hes getting the guy riled up instead of defoucing the situation and the officer has not right to try to make the girlfriend left she was off the side not interfing with anything and has the right to be there.

What a load of crap!
Steroids was his downfall. Can't control himself. Just a bully who never should've worn a badge.

Lol
Whoever body bodycam this is shouldn't be a cop. Wow... he needs to be watched.
My money say he still a cop

I think that Security Guard would be a good Police Officer too
And that type is what causes the Public to query the integrity of Police. Well done by the Officers.
Indeed! Cops should be correct at the job and outside the job too! It's good the others didn't even care abut his badge
Security guard saw some shit in his job , he took this like another Monday 😂
Those who enforce the law, think they are above the law.
What if they just yelled "OFFICER SAFETY" back and forth with each other for eternity
😂😂😂😂😂😂
$20 days he’s a cop in another state. They’re allowed to do that. There is no justice

Why would anyone PEE in an ice machine?? That's on another level stupid, that I can't work out.🤔
