If u get the kitchen job (u can get it by beating up the person who works for it) u can eat the chicken and go to the exerciseing period and get buffer and quicker

There are securety camras in the futeristic prisin so you might hae to make your suit white i think

Tip get a contraband pouch as soon as possible get the kitchen job so you can give cooked chicken to people it make them like you a lot more and put tooth paste on the cameras so they don't see you

there is a way to get past guards easy but you need a invisibility dust to do it and i don't know the recipie
