Hi, great video! I have a question, i have a .PSD with an action applied that i no longer have. Is there a way to extract the action from the .psd photo into a new action? Thanks
Thank you! Unfortunately not, as the action in stored locally, accessible to Photopea, not the .PSD itself. Once an action has been run on a file, only the results of the action are present, if the original action itself is missing.
There certainly is - using a combination of a custom action, and a batch Automation feature in Photopea. I think this subject would be a great topic for a video - so keep your eyes peeled!

Hi there! whenever i use the clone brush,It clones the colours but when i erase something with it the object i erased comesback but a little further away from the original object.How do i fix this?
Hi Joshua. I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean. Is this in relation to creating an action, or just eh clone tool in general? If It's to do with an action, then cloning isn't really compatible with actions, as it relies on specific points on the image, which will vary with every different image...
They sure can! Just keep in mind that Photoshop has features that Photopea does not, so if you use a Photoshop action that contains any of these features, it will not work correctly.
No , I mean when you’re going through your actions, the last physical thing I want to do is “Save as .png” and close out the file. When I had Photoshop, the saving of the file could be part of the actual action set. Even though I “saved the file as .png”then clicked Stop Recording, that saving as .png wasn’t saved in the action set.
Sure is! Just drag the .atn action file from your desktop (or wherever it is saved) into Photopea window when the Actions screen is open, and it should load it right in 🙂

Can an action file be saved for future use? When I close photopea, sometimes it resets everything.

So are actions basically presets for photopea? And can be saved for future use?
there is a download icon at the right-down corner of the action window to save it at your computer

Yep! I create an action set folder for it at 1:15 into the video. (unless I have misunderstood what you mean) :)
