Hi, Marie! Thank you for your comment on my video! Yes, I've seen Mel Robbins and I believe I follow her on IG. I drink waters at ALL times. I can't go anywhere without my bottle of water. I didn't know we lost water from just breathing. It makes sense, I guess, but never thought about it. I've heard that you should drink really cold water in the morning. I'm not sure if I got that right. By the way, I have cats too. I feel that they are misunderstood and under-appreciated. I've never been a 'journaler' and I can't see myself doing it. I do admire those who do because you are recording your life. I've heard that breathing in this manner is very good for you. I'm a teacher and when my students get stressed, I ask them to breath and count to ten, for instance. But I never do it myself. You know what, I should start doing this. It HAS to be good for your brain and overall health. Sorry for the 'scatterness'. I am watching your video as I write, so it's in the order that you mention it. Here's your newest subbie, Marie! Can't wait to see what you record next! ❤
Hiya, so lovely to meet you. I think we find the habits that suit us best. I too have 2 cats. And you are not scattered, you are real and honest and I really appreciate you being here. I love the name of your channel it is truly beautiful❤ Cats are such soothing animals❤ Thank you for being here, I really appreciate you. I was watching one of your videos yesterday, and I loved af the beginning you said how you wanted ti give yourself a proper introduction. It is so wonderful how we can help and support each other❤
@Daydreamologist And Marisol thank you for watching and taking the time to write a comment, it means the world. I am a teacher too. And I love that you breathe with your students. I feel we all have our own habits that we do to help us🥰
@ My pleasure, Marie. We all need to support each other. There’s enough room on the table for us all. We’re all different and special in our own way. 🥰
@ We have a few things in common then. What grade do you teach? I’m not sure if it’s similar to the U.S. If not, what age? I teach middle school. Seventh graders, to be exact. Roughly, 13 year olds to be even more ‘exact’. I teach language arts.
@@Daydreamologist exactly, I don't know about you, but being here is quite the learning curve. Have a lovely evening/day. It is 6.45 here in the morning.❤
I have some non negotiables that ideally I would do in the morning but sometimes they happen later in the day. They are: journaling, taking my vitamins, drinking green tea, going for a walk, drinking apple cider vinegar (diluted), taking a cold shower, breathing exercises, doing three functional exercises such as squats, doing a handstand and going to bed before 10 pm. I do most of these every day except for the going to bed before 10pm....still working on that!
Wow!! Those are some habits. I love all of them. I think it is pretty normal not to get everything done in the morning ❤ But they are some wonderful habits. Thank you for sharing. And lovely to meet you❤
Definitely with you on making your bed it sets you up for a positive day ☺️
@francescagisellalayzell6718 yes, it does!!
Thank you for watching and commenting 😍

Oh, and the going to bed before 10. Sometimes things are a little hectic for me too. But like I strive for an earlyish bedtime🥰
Found your channel from Rachellea. I too have the wildest and detailed dreams. Wishing you a successful channel.
@kjybutterfly Hi, how lovely to have a comment. Thank you, yes, me too. I find them very vivid. Are your dreams recurring and vivid too?
Do you have a channel too?
I love Rachel,
her content is like a warm hug.
