As the AR, I gathered myself at the point of contact to verify if the Center had the contact in the box or just outside, to verify for a PK or not. 1. What would you say? 2. The center had his arm up for an indirect. Calls impeding on the defense. At half the other AR was in favor of the impeding. Indirect kick for the attacking team. 3. I get worn out for the next hour from the attacking coach on his interpretation who wanted a yellow and a PK. 4. Lastly, I know impeding is an indirect kick. What if it is in the penalty area? Thanks
