What makes Dave truly great is he can do a radio interview, and tell a story , and you can picture in your mind the visual onstage punchline acted out by him. For example when he said , "ever bomb so bad you get thirsty" you can see how that would look in a skit form , or the" that was my karate kid moment", and you can imagine him doing the karate kid kick. Conceptual continuity. Chappelle show connected a visual sketch show language to his stand up, and it's so ingrained in our psyche that when he speaks you can see it as he might actually imagine it ( as in a Chapelle Show skit).
Props to Sway on interviewing one of the hardest acts to get a hold of in entertainment. If he gets a one on with Andre 3000 the net will REALLY go ham!

This was a fantastic interview.
I really like how Dave helped the little guy. Myself while I was on the west side there was a Father and daughter who were hungry. The daughter said” dad I’m hungry”. That’s all I needed to hear. I asked the father if I could buy him and his daughter some food at Taco Bell. I asked her what kind of tacos do you want hard or soft. She said”soft” so it’s not that she was of a different race it’s the common interest of compation that touched my heart enough to do what I could.
That intro was legendary and truth. Been saying Chappelle only artist self worth more than 55milli walked away from and came back to have rest of his life to make way more.#Respect #BeingReal
You don't always have to take what you are offered first if u really know what you are worth.. Sayin that tho the product you are offering has not only be solid but sublime that is standing on solid foundations so you can take the hits in sayin no that won't work when presented with supbar scenarios.
